Currently, the digitalization of logistics is receiving attention. This is due to the development of digital transformation processes caused by the Fourth technological revolution. The use of digital technology in the supply chain allows companies to ensure strategic competitive advantages. As a result, the efficiency of the sales system will increase. However, the implementation of digital technologies is associated not only with positive effects, but also with risks. When conducting the author’s research, methods of structural and functional analysis, retrospective and comparative approaches, as well as expert assessment were used. Based on this methodology, the authors have identified and considered the main risks of the practical implementation of digital logistics technologies in supply chains. The results have high potential for practical use. It is recommended to take them into account when making management decisions on digitalization of logistics. This will determine the composition of measures to improve the efficiency of the logistics system, considering the need to reduce risks.
Basing on the analysis of the enterprise (construction organization) structure and infrastructure of the entire logistics system in which this enterprise (construction organization) operates, this article proposes an approach to solve the problems of structural optimization and a set of calculation tasks, based on customer orders as well as on the required levels of insurance stocks, transit stocks and other types of stocks in the distribution network, modes of operation of the in-company transport and storage complex and a number of other factors.
The paper discusses the development of the methodological apparatus of strategic management of innovative development in terms of the development of algorithms for the architecture of the company in the digital economy. In particular, an approach to the development of the architecture of a system for managing innovative development of companies is proposed, taking into account the positioning and effectiveness of the business and the socio-economic effect of its functioning at the regional level. The analysis of Russian enterprises is carried out, and the elements of business transformation under the influence of digital technologies are considered. Based on the results, scientists and practitioners can develop specific recommendations for managing innovative companies using digital technologies aimed at gaining competitive advantages and creating a new business design.
