In modern conditions the necessity of active actions in eliminating of disproportions in national Russian Federation economy, solving difficult regional problems, creation of conditions for sustainable development for all territories is increasing. The article deals with the mechanisms of the state support of competitiveness of tourist territory Krasnodar region, Russian Federation and promising areas of it's improvement.
After the advent of the Internet, travel planning has become a visual process. Potential tourists book hotels, studying their interior in advance; familiarize themselves with places of recreation and infrastructure of the receiving deprivation, without leaving the house.; comparing prices; study feedback from visitors, etc. The modern tourism business is forced to increasingly use information and communication tools in competition for the client. At present, it is not enough for entrepreneurs to create tourist and recreational infrastructure facilities, it is important to form unforgettable positive emotions, atmosphere and demonstrate this not only in the traditional format, but also with the use of digital technologies. Based on a study of publications, it was revealed that Russian economists consider entrepreneurship in the field of recreation and tourism not just as a risky and profitable activity, but as an innovative one. However, the authors describe mainly economic, political, social and natural risks, leaving out psychophysiological phenomena of stress in both entrepreneurs and consumers of services, which are currently aggravated. The purpose of the article is to substantiate the role of a modern entrepreneur in the field of recreation and tourism in the conditions of digitalization and give recommendations that contribute to the further development of entrepreneurial activity in the conditions of digitalization.
The article considers the institutional and legal instruments of state support for competition in the market of medical services in the Krasnodar region. The assessment of the state of the competitive environment in the market of medical services of the region by business entities in order to identify administrative and economic barriers that limit healthy competition in the market of medical services, offers to eliminate restrictions. The purpose of the study is to assess the state of the competitive environment in the market of medical services of the Krasnodar region by business entities in order to identify administrative and economic barriers that limit healthy competition in the market of medical services, to present proposals for their elimination of restrictions. To achieve this goal it is necessary to solve the following tasks: • to consider the institutional mechanisms that stimulate the development of competition in the market of medical services in the Krasnodar region; • to assess the state of the competitive environment in the market of medical services in the region based on the results of surveys of business entities; • identify administrative and economic barriers that limit healthy competition in the market of medical services in the region; • submit proposals to eliminate restrictions on the market of medical services in the Krasnodar region. When compiling a review of literature sources on the research topic, the method of content analysis was used. Analytical results of monitoring the state of the competitive environment in the market of medical services in the Krasnodar region were obtained using statistical and sociological research methods-a survey and survey of entrepreneurs. The results obtained during the research will be useful in the development of strategic documents and initiatives in the field of state support for competition in the market of medical services in the Krasnodar region.
The concept of “smart city” is becoming more and more popular. Analysis of the literature showed that the meaning of the word “smart city” is multifaceted. The authors are similar in that the implementation of tasks under the concept of “smart city” will lead to economic growth of the territory and achieve high quality of life through the active introduction of information technology in the processes of life support. The majority of publications deal with the development of a “smart city” as a municipality and provide a method of ranking them by digitalization levels. This article uses the example of the recreation and tourism sector as an example to offer an assessment of digitalization within the industry, which will reveal competitive organizations within the industry. The article substantiates that the sphere of recreation and tourism as a direction of digital transformation of “smart resort” is a driver of development and implementation of IT technologies. And this will lead to the future development of “smart city” as a whole.
