Feedback was overall positive and constructive. Example of comments received are; "I feel relieved and excited" and "the team works together effortlessly…" Conclusion and Discussion: A collaborative approach to learning during MR-linac implementation has been deemed effective. Initial treatment sessions have all been delivered successfully; with staff commenting that they feel confident working within the MR-linac environment. It is anticipated that as a continuation of this inter-disciplinary collaboration, the role of the therapeutic radiographer will be expanded, such that the at-treatment service becomes radiographer-led.
