The article is devoted to the modern stage of development of the world community, the urgent issue of which is the concept of "digital economy". The tasks of the work are to study the individual elements of the development of digitalization. Consideration of economic results leads to the analysis of digital finance, as new segments of market relations in the global economy. The future lies in technological progress. The contribution of world countries to digital activities is also an important aspect of the objectives of this work.The methodology of the work is to use the dialectic and knowledge of the system approach, the synthesis and generalization of logical modeling, as well as mathematical and statistical parameters.The main conclusion of the work was the conclusion that for the more efficient functioning of states, more attention should now be paid to the development of the digital economy.1.

The relevance of the paper is confirmed by the fact that regional information systems can facilitate the placement of state and municipal orders by automating routine processes related to the planning, formation, implementation and control of procurement of public institutions in the region. The purpose of this study is to study the management system of electronic state and municipal services in the region. To achieve this goal, the following tasks were solved: this article presents an analysis of the regulatory framework for the provision of state and municipal services in the region; monitoring of the quality of state and municipal services in the region; proposed ways to improve the quality of state and municipal services. This paper uses theoretical and empirical research methods, such as literature review, system analysis and review of world statistics. Sources of information are economic and other specialized literature, articles from periodicals, research results, experience of leading foreign companies. This article uses economic-mathematical and statistical methods of analysis. The result of this paper is the conclusion about the development of modern management system of electronic state and municipal services in the region. The priority directions of development of informatization in state and municipal management, at present, are the integration of the created disparate information systems of management bodies in complex information systems, the development of information infrastructure, the formation and use of information resourcescadastres, registers, distributed databases, the introduction of an automated system of electronic document management, the creation of e-Commerce centers and public procurement, the creation of Internet portals of public authorities and local governments.

Research background: The relevance of the study is confirmed by the fact that large banks of developed countries in the globalized economy receive commission income from settlement transactions at a level comparable to interest income from credit and deposit operations. This significantly increases the profitability of the banking business, reduces risks, makes banks more stable. Thus, payment services to the population in the context of globalization and competition between banks is one of the important business areas. Purpose of the article: Analysis and assessment of development trends of retail payment services in different countries in the context of globalization. To achieve this goal, the following tasks were solved: segments of national payment systems were studied; revealed the main world innovations in the development of retail payment services; The analysis of the main retail payment services in various countries, which characterize the degree of development of the banking business in the context of globalization. Methods: The methodological basis of the study was a systematic approach. In the process, such methods as analysis and synthesis, grouping and analogy methods, a comparative historical approach, economic and mathematical modeling were used. Findings & Value added: As a result of this study, various types of major world innovations in the development of retail payment services were reasonably identified, and based on an analysis of global trends in the development of retail payment services, promising directions for their development were proposed.

The purpose of this study is to identify the patterns of the formation, use and development of human resources at a large construction enterprise, as well as the analysis of the main economic indicators based on the use of statistical information. In order to achieve this goal the following tasks were solved: theoretical approaches to the term “staff development” were studied; the methods of personnel development, applied to construction plant; the technical and economic indicators of the activity of building enterprise on the basis of statistical information were revealed. The methodological framework is based on the methods of studying systems analysis, comparisons and analogies, economic-mathematical modeling. As a result of the study it is found that the increase of the completed construction directly depends on the quality of personnel, on its development and improvement. The relevance of the study is confirmed by the fact that the position of Russia in the construction world is quite significant. Due to the large-scale construction, Russia is able to ensure a high level of development of its own economy. To do this, it is necessary to increase investment in the development of human resources.
