This article is devoted to the creation of intelligent modelling tools for decision support in the evaluation of intellectual projects submitted for financing, as based on qualitatively defined characteristics. The economic and mathematical models that form the basis of the toolkit are constructed using the mathematical apparatus of fuzzy logic, which allows for the description of poorly structured knowledge of specialists, as well as their application in solving questions about the extent of the impact of the proposed projects on the environment. The authors classify investment projects according to the degree of impact on the environment, the environmental criteria required by the investor for the evaluation of investment projects, and the formal formulation of the problem of evaluation of investment projects when taking into account the environmental factor. The toolkit was created based on the concept of intellectualization, where economic and mathematical models for the evaluation of investment projects are programmatically implemented via the tools and functions available in the MATLAB package.
A powerful force in the development of modern society is the intensive global spread of information and communication technologies that help to collect, store, analyze and distribute information.Today, there is a clear need for a broadapplications of computer technologies in various fields human activities, and in particular in the protection of the environment. The most important areas are geographic information systems and associated modeling of natural resources, technological processes, as well as data preparation, processing and analyze systems. Currently, the rapid development of computer technology, the introduction of modern computer technologies opens up wide opportunities to achieve a qualitative leap in the level of efficiency of information and control systems in aerospace engineering, manufacturing, transport, economy, ecology, medicine and other areas based on the use of artificial intelligence principles, methods of self-organization and adaptation to changing conditions and goals of functioning, characteristics of the system and the external environment, uncontrolled environment.
The article explores the e-commerce infrastructure. The factors that influence the development of e-commerce are highlighted. The relevance of the role of e-commerce in the world economy is gaining its importance and the use of electronic virtual tools in modern conditions has shown the result of the experience of developed countries which brings efficiency to any country or industry. It is proved that for the application of effective methods of e-commerce development it begins with the construction of its infrastructure, which contains factors affecting the development of this industry. The study also examines the trend and prospects for the development of electronic commerce in Kazakhstan. The dynamics of foreign countries is shown. The e-commerce development tools are considered, some problems of the development of the e-commerce infrastructure are identified and ways to solve them are proposed.
This article is devoted to identifying the positive and negative sides and difficulties in transport and logistics companies during digital technologies implementation in their activities Developing a digital ecosystem in logistics and distribution of goods is becoming the key to efficient transport operations. Digitalization increases the efficiency of the main processes of transport and logistics services, improves the accuracy of planning and forecasting, and processes incoming requests for goods delivered at high speed. This study used a qualitative research method, and interviews were conducted with experts in the transport and logistics field. The data was coded according to the following indicators: the digital mode, barriers and challenges for implementing digital systems in logistics, benefits of using digital technologies. The MAXQDA software was used to analyze the interviews. It was revealed that the lack of qualified personnel, lack of funding and external factors (political situation, business environment, government support, etc.) have a significant negative impact. Additionally, digital technologies used by some foreign and local organizations are determined. Additionally, statistical data on strategic planning and reforms of the Republic of Kazakhstan 2016-2021 were used. The study results can be used by logistics companies and companies involved in cargo transportation and state bodies, the Ministry of Digital Development, Innovation and Aerospace Industry of the Republic of Kazakhstan, to further develop the digitalization process in the country.
