Desa Netemnanu is one of the villages directly adjacent to the Democratic Republic of Timor-Leste. In administrative and information services to the public, they still use manual methods so that services to the community are not efficient. Referring to this problem, this research was conducted to design an information system that can be used by the government and the community of Netemnanu Village to access information and take care of the administration. The design of this information system uses the waterfall method where all requirements must be clearly defined and completed in stages. The technology used to create the user interface is HTML, CSS, and JavaScript (ReactJs) and the server part uses NodeJs and MySQL as the database. The results of this study are expected to make it easier for the village government to provide administrative and information services efficiently and quickly to the people of Netemnanu Village and for the people of Netemnanu Village to access information and manage administration easily
