This research discusses issues concerning with the performance of marketing of micro and small entrepreneurs at the South Tangerang - Banten. Data were collected from 65 respondents, and PLS-SEM was used as an analysis tool. The results show that creative product innovation, market orientation, and marketing strategies have a positive effect on marketing performance. In addition, business development also proved to have an effect on marketing performance. Implications and suggestions are described in this paper.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh inflasi, BI Rate, kurs rupiah, dan harga emas dunia terhadap indeks harga saham sektor pertambangan di Indonesia. Penelitian dilakukan menggunakan data time series pada periode Januari 2009 - Desember 2015. Dengan menggunakan regresi linier berganda, hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: (1) inflasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap indeks harga saham sektor pertambangan; (2) BI rate tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap indeks harga saham sektor pertambangan; (3) kurs rupiah berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap indeks harga saham sektor pertambangan; dan (4) harga emas dunia berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap indeks harga saham sektor pertambangan.
<p><em>Knowledge management provides an opportunity for changes and information values and libraries to make themselves relevant to the times. The purpose of this study is to determine the extent of the application of knowledge management at the Pratama Tamansari Dua Jakarta Tax Office. The method in this study is simple qualitative through the technique of observing objects in the field and literature. Based on the results of the research and evaluation it turned out that the Tamansari Dua Tax Service Office had implemented Knowledge Management well and consistently so that the process of achieving goals had a basis for reference in work and had shown significant results in trying to achieve individual and organizational performance. Institutional innovation and development is faster because with the knowledge management cycle pattern all knowledge is well archived and can be easily accessed by all members. <strong><em><span>Purpose</span></em></strong><em><span> The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of brand image, product quality and promotion on purchasing decisions of Epson projectors.<strong> Methodology</strong> The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis. The sampling technique in this research is non-probability purposive sampling. The sample used in this study was 100 respondents. <strong>Findings</strong> The results showed that the variable of brand image, product quality and the promotion of positive and significant influence on purchasing decisions. The variables that have a major contribution in purchasing decisions for Epson projector products are product quality, brand image, and promotion.. <strong>Suggestion</strong> Product quality needs to be continuously improved to improve purchasing decisions.</span></em>
