There is a main difference between the Postponement of Debt Payment Obligations/ PDPO (Penundaan Kewajiban Pembayaran Utang/PKPU) and bankruptcy. They may become a solution when a business is entangled in financial problems or debts. Due to their differences, this study aims to ascertain the legal consequences arising from bankruptcy and the Composition Plan under the PDPO by analysing the court decision relating the Homologation Decision (the Endorsed Composition Plan). It adopts normative juridical research, therefore the data used is secondary data. Data collection techniques are a literature study in the form of legislation and literature and document study, especially the decision No.9/Pdt.Sus-Pailit/2020/PN Smg in conjunction with No.13/Pdt.Sus-PKPU/2016/PN Smg. It uses a qualitative descriptive analysis method. The study found that both the bankruptcy and PDPO have legal consequences on debtors and relevant stakeholders. The PDPO based on the Composition Plan results in the bankruptcy of a company if it still does not pay the debt as stipulated in the Homologation Decision (the Endorsed Composition Plan).

Abstract This study aims to find out about the policies of the Governor of Jakarta Province, held by Basuki Tjahaja Purnama (a.k.a Ahok) and Anies Baswedan in managing the Aquarium Village Area, North Jakarta. The approach method used in this study is to use an empirical juridical approach. The results of the study show that the policy of Ahok is very controversial because by not applying the concept of land consolidation and continues to receive a strong rejection from the community, it becomes the public spotlight and gets contra from the wider community in Indonesia for carrying out forced evictions and relocating residents to several flats. In contrast, the policy of the Governor of Jakarta Province, Anies Baswedan, is to build temporary shelters for former residents in the area who were previously evicted and plans to reorganize the area with the concept of consistent, equitable, and sustainable land consolidation. Abortion or abortus provokatus constitutes a termination of pregnancy before the time of delivery. The objective of the study is to ascertain if the Abortion-related Health Law is a realistic rule based on the health aspects, as well as to analyze how long it should be allowed by the Health Law to perform an abortion according to medical criteria. The study uses a method of normative legal research. It concludes that the Health Law pertaining abortion is a realistic rule based on health aspects. Yet, it is necessary to revise the abortion rules due to rape incidents. The rules permits the abortion if the gestational age is 6 (six) weeks or 40 (forty) days. It is calculated from the first day of the last period. It suggests that the gestational age should be 12 (twelve) weeks or 3 (three) months from the first day of the last period. This research was conducted to examine the extent to which market uncertainty can encourage market players, especially SMEs, to exploit innovation and environmentally friendly orientation to improve their performance. From a supply chain perspective, market uncertainty, which in this study is proxied by the Covid-19 pandemic, has great potential to reduce performance and disrupt production and distribution lines as well as consumer demand. This encourages affected SMEs, such as SMEs that focus on providing tourism products, such as fashion and merchandise, to maintain their performance with product innovation, and minimize the use of non-environmentally friendly products. The object of research is Small and Medium Enterprise (SME) producing tourism souvenirs in Yogyakarta, Indonesia. Using the analysis technique of Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) with 150 respondents, the findings indicate that market uncertainty serves as a catalyst for SMEs to maintain performance through marketing innovation and product reorientation. Specifically, the results show that there is a positive and significant influence between innovation and green orientation on SME performance, and the mediating effect of market uncertainty to increase marketing innovation and environmentally friendly orientation. These findings theoretically contribute to explaining the relationship between supply chain management in the context of market uncertainty. In practical terms, this study confirms the need for support by stakeholders to support limited domestic tourism, according to health protocols, as well as digitalization of marketing for tourism SMEs.
