The conflict between continuously acquires a lot of attention of many groups as it causes a lot disadvantage, either death, the conflict, the villagers tried to rebui something destroyed after the traumatic event need positive emotion as a foundation. This research intends to examine more deeply on how these two villagers' emotions are, especially in an attempt to create harmo villages and their people. Next, to explore the positive consequence of those emotions which impact positively on the villagers in creating peace among them. This research uses the Indigenous psychology approach, with qualitative method through surveys and interviews on the villagers from both villages. the participantsini this research were 86 participants living in Kumun and TanjungPauh village. which arise when the empathy, love of peace, solidarity, the feeling of prosperous and conducive and there is still a feeling of scared. The factors influenced these emotions are the affiliation need, religions, cul socio-economy. From those results, the researchers concluded that the villagers' emotions are conditional meaning that when the escalation of the conflict exists people should be able to
A precedence employee works not only in the office but also in the field. Fieldwork sometimes makes scheduled jobs changed at any time. This happens when a government leader visits the office. In that case, the precedence officer is obliged to facilitate all the attending guests to the event. This condition requires precedence employees to be available 24 hours a day. The number of jobs that must be completed in a short time can cause work stress on precedence employees. There are several ways to reduce work stress, such as having reasonable confidence, high work motivation, and adversity quotient. The ability of Adversity Quotient (AQ) is an individual's ability to face adversity and turn it into a challenge. The data retrieval techniques employed used the adversity quotient scale from Stoltz theory (2003) and work stress scale from Robbins theory (1996). The analysis technique in this research used by Pearson productmoment. The results of this study showed a significant correlation between adversity quotient and job stress (r =-0.426, p = 0.019). This study shows the level of work stress will be reduced if the precedence employees have a high Adversity quotient.
Talking about addiction rehabilitation, addiction counselor became one of the most important roles. Addiction counselors work full responsibility they got, might lead them to experience a fatigue which is called compassion fatigue. It is exactly dangerous to the performance, personal life, and psychological well the counselors. This research used qualitative research method with thematic analysis approach that aimed to get the description of compassion fatigue of the addiction counselors. The participants of this research were 4 addiction counselors in Jambi. The data collection used in this research was in produce theme lists and then those themes can be identified at the manifest level. showed that there were three components described in c counselor: symptom, risk factors, and protective factors. The addiction counselor showed some compassion fatigue in order of cognitive, emotional, and behavior domain. Being apathy, as in cognitive domain, was the strongest s risk to suffer from compassion fatigue due to their experience worked as counselor, their experience as an addict-since mostly addictive counselor was an addict once maladaptive coping strategies, unhealthy relationship, and their personal problem. Despite of the risks they face, the addictive counselors could still manage them and perform well with regard to the protective factors: adaptive coping strategies, self environment, support system, and optimism.
