The background of the problem of this research is that the teacher in conducting learning has not fully implemented an appropriate learning model and is in accordance with the way students learn. This raises a problem when teachers apply a monotonous learning model and there is no compatibility with the learning styles of their students, the learning process does not attract students' learning interest so students have difficulty understanding the material being taught. The problem in this study is: how is the effectiveness of the MURDER learning strategy (Mood, Understand, Recall, Digest, Expand, Review) to improve the understanding ability of high school students, whether the MURDER learning strategy (Mood, Understand, Recall, Digest, Expand, Review) can improve the comprehension ability of high school students. This research is a Classroom Action Research (CAR). In the learning process researchers use Fiqh subjects as research material. The subjects of the study were students of Class X IPA 1 High School BPPT Darul Ulum Jombang. Data collection is done by observation, interviews, and tests to complete the data revealed. Meanwhile, to obtain the validity of the data, the authors use technical triangulation analysis. Source triangulation is used to test the credibility of the data carried out by checking the data obtained through several sources.

The research objectives to be achieved in this study are (1) to find out or implement a MURDER strategy to improve students' understanding of PAI material at SMK TI Bahrul Ulum Jombang . (2) To find out the mastery of students' understanding of PAI material at SMK TI Bahrul Ulum Jombang  through the application of MURDER learning strategies. Which is based on the formulation of the problem, namely (1) How to implement the MURDER strategy to improve students' understanding of the PAI material at SMK TI Bahrul Ulum Jombang (2) How to master the MURDER strategy to improve students' understanding of PAI material at SMK TI Bahrul Ulum Jombang To achieve the above objectives, the researchers used qualitative research types . This research uses a descriptive approach and data collection by researchers in the form of observation methods, interview methods, and documentation methods. Then the technical analysis of data used by researchers is using data reduction, data presentation, and data withdrawal.rom the results of data analysis regarding the Murder learning strategy to increase students' understanding of PAI material at SMK TI Bahrul Ulum Jombang, namely: Learn to be confident in expressing opinions. While the shortcomings are difficult to condition students. However, the teacher has been able to create students with patience to teach and the teacher tries to motivate students to be more enthusiastic about learning. The purpose of this study was to determine the form of the madrasa principal's strategy in improving the quality of learning at MTsN 13 Jombang. This type of research is a field research with a qualitative approach. The method used is participatory observation. Data collection is done through observation, interviews, documentation. The technical analysis of data with data collection, data reduction, data presentation, verification and drawing conclusions. The results of this study indicate that the principal of the madrasa is right to use a strategy that has been planned in advance to improve the quality of learning at MTsN 13 Jombang. However, there are still less infrastructure facilities such as classes. The principal's efforts continue to provide space for the implementation of learning to remain effective even though learning is carried out in the prayer room. In addition, the obstacle that occurs in improving the quality of learning is the lack of subject teacher resources. The results obtained from the strategy designed by the principal were able to make students more active in class during the learning process as evidenced by the student's score being able to achieve the KKM score. Not only that, a positive response from the community towards Mts Negeri 13 Jombang was also obtained and became the motivation to further improve the quality of education in the madrasa. This is shown from the results of interviews and observations with the principal and staff of MtsN 13 Jombang.

This research aims to describe and analyze the teacher recruitment system in MTs. Ma'arif 16 Nurul Hidayah Banyubang Solokuro Lamongan, and improve the quality of educational institutions through the teacher recruitment system. This research uses a qualitative approach. Research data is obtained through observation and interview methods. Data obtained in the analysis by means of data reduction, presentation of data, and withdrawal of conclusions. The results of research conducted in the field showed that the teacher recruitment system in MTs. Ma'arif 16 Nurul Hidayah is that there are stages determined by the school.

If we look at the current state of education, we can see that the reality of our education today is far from hopeful. In addition to the need to expand educational opportunities, in terms of quality, there are still many aspects that must be improved. The problems in this study are: How to apply MURDER learning strategy to improve students' understanding of PAI Material at SMAN Mojoagung Jombang and How the level of mastery of student understanding in PAI material at SMAN Mojoagung Jombang by applying MURDER Learning Strategy. In the learning process researchers use PAI subjects as materials or research objects. The subject of this study was a grade XI student of MIPA 3 SMAN Mojoagung Jombang. The approach used in this study is qualitative approach, namely "research that is intended to uncover symptoms thoroughly and in accordance with the context / what it is through the collection of data from a natural background as a direct source with the key instrument of the study itself. Data collection in this study, researchers use observation methods, interviews, and tests to complete the data revealed. As for checking the validity of the data, researchers used triangulation analysis techniques. Triangulation is a data source that researchers use to test the credibility of data by examining data obtained through multiple sources.
