Half of people fail to take their medications as prescribed. This presentation describes an occupational therapy medication management intervention and, using single-subject data, it explores the efficacy of occupational therapy on medication adherence in adults with chronic health conditions.

Occupational therapy is an acceptable intervention for medication management, and it can lead to self-perceived improvements and the adoption of new medication management behaviors. Further research is warranted.

In this study, we present the development and implementation of a life skills intervention program for military and veteran students: Boots for Life. We report results on the effectiveness of the program, implications for revisions, and future plans.
