Setiap rumah tangga memiliki kebutuhannya sendiri, dimana kebutuhan ini memiliki fungsi dan manfaatnya. Pembelian barang yang tidak berdasarkan kebutuhan tidak terlalu baik untuk kebutuhan rumah tangga. Artikel ini menceritakan tentang perilaku konsumen dalam membeli barang pada ibu rumah tangga di Samarinda. Mengumpulkan beberapa informasi dengan menggunakan wawancara dan observasi sesuai dengan pendekatan kualitatif. Data kemudian dianalisis dengan teknik Miles dan Huberman. Dari penelitian, ada beberapa data yang ditemukan dari empat mata pelajaran. Subjek-subjek ini umumnya melakukan pembelian barang berdasarkan model yang menarik, diikuti dengan pembelian tanpa perencanaan; membeli barang berdasarkan pertimbangan harga dan tidak menguntungkan, membeli barang mahal akan menimbulkan rasa percaya diri yang tinggi, membeli barang yang sama dengan merek yang berbeda, membeli barang untuk menjaga penampilan pribadi, serta membeli barang untuk menjaga simbol status.
The purpose of the study was to determine the impact of workplace spirituality (organizational spirituality and individual spirituality) on organizational citizenship behavior (OCB), with Islamic work ethics as an intervening variable. The population in this study are professionals consisting of teaching staff and company managers. The respondents who participated were 200 professionals. The results showed that the organizational spiritual dimension has significant influence on Islamic work ethics and OCB. In addition, Islamic work ethics has a significant influence on OCB. However, the dimensions of individual spirituality have no influence on Islamic work ethics or OCB. The implication of the results of the study shows the important role of Islamic work ethics in mediating the relationship between workplace spirituality and OCB. In addition, OCB development for professionals can be done with a spirituality approach that is organizational in nature and also by increasing Islamic work ethics.
Bacterial lipases have significant potential to be used as the biocatalyst for many chemical reactions. In this study, a novel gene encoding lipase was isolated from an Alcaligenes sp. JG3. A pair of designed primer has successfully isolated 1 kb (LipJG3) that shares 98% identity towards lipase from Alcaligenes faecalis during sequence analysis. By using in silico tools, LipJG3 was related to the transporter protein sequences. Three highly conserved regions consisting of EASGSKT, VILLD, and LSGGQQQRVAIA were found. These regions were known as ATP-binding signature at Walker-A and Walker-B motifs and the S signature of ABC transporter family respectively. In addition, the 3-D structure of LipJG3 has been suggested but the role of the catalytic triad residues have been not fully understood.
There were many research on Phaleria macrocarpa (Scheff.) Boerl. fruit for its activity as possible anticancer. However, there wasn't investigation that P. macrocarpa seed and fruit meat ethanol extract effect to normal cell. The research was conducted to identify the ethanol extract of P. macrocarpa for cytotoxic activity against mononuclear perifer normal cell of human blood. The research comprised several sections including P. macrocarpa seed and fruit meat maceration with ethanol, and the cytotoxic activity test against mononuclear normal cell. The results showed that the ethanol extract of P. macrocarpa fruit meat and seed was slightly toxic against mononuclear normal cell with the LC50 of 3817.54 μg/mL and 1349.29 μg/mL respectively. Cancer is a disease, a public health problem, which is found in the world as well as in Indonesia. In general, some of cancer theraphies are ineffective, characterized by the resistance performance of cancer cell line, the exposed normal cell and by the side effects. Nowadays, studies to fi nd the specifi c and safely anti-cancer drugs were increased by the time. Several studies revealed that Curcuma mangga Val. Rhizome contains some secondary metabolites, essential or non-essential oil, which has cytotoxic activities to the cancer cells. Based on these anti-cancer potentials, this study has several aims to recognize anti-cancer selectivity and molecular mechanism by inducting apoptosis and inhibiting myeloma cell proliferation. To C. mangga Val. essential oil, immunocyto chemical test was performed to determine the expression of p53, caspase-9, Bcl-2, H-Ras protein while TUNEL test was performed to determine the number of apoptosis cells.The results of this study shown that anti-cancer molecular mechanism of C. mangga Val. essential oil to myeloma cell line was performed by increasing apoptosis; by increasing the expression of pro-apoptosis p53, caspase-9 protein and reducing protein which is increasing proliferation Bcl-2 and H-Ras.
