Teacher as a professional educator should has the academic qualification. Academic qualification required for a teacher is he or she at least should be educated of bachelor degree or diploma four.</p> <p>Fundamentaly, teacher performance is determined by the expertise and ability of teacher concerned. These achievement factor is so thick and so critical in its relation to competence, compensation, and also job satisfaction that may become the obstacle in the enhancement of teacher performance.</p> <p>Population in this research was the teachers of the State Vocational High School Teachers in Surabaya, amounted to 317, educated in bachelor degree or diploma four, had have service of minimal 5 years. Data analysis used the simple random sampling, structural equation model (SEM) analysis, by the assistance of PLS 2 software, conducted on 92 respondents and able to explain the effect of competence and compensation on the job satisfaction and the performance of the State Vocational High School Teachers in Surabaya.</p> <p>The results of research indicated that: Competence and compensation significantly influential on teacher job satisfaction; Competence and compensation significantly influential on teacher performance; Teacher Job satisfaction signifiacntly influential on the performance of the State Vocational High School Teachers in Surabaya.</p> <p>The largest effect of the three variables hipothesized on teacher performance in this research was the direct relatedness between compensation and teacher performance.</p> <p> </p> Key Words: competence, compensation, teacher job satisfaction, teacher performance
Buku berjudul "Relational Database Management System" ini mencoba membahas MySQL secara praktis, disajikan secara terstruktur dan disertai contoh‐contoh dan latihan untuk membantu pemahaman. Buku ini diharapkan dapat membantu Anda menguasai MySQL hingga mahir. Buku ini sangat cocok bagi Anda yang baru mempelajari MySQL maupun bagi Anda yang ingin lebih memperdalam MySQL sebagai salah satu software database terkemuka saat ini. Buku ini terbagi menjadi 4 (empat) bagian. Bagian pertama merupakan bagian pendahuluan yang membahas mengenai penjelasan singkat MySQL dan juga langkah instalasi MySQL serta software pendukung lainnya. Bagian kedua adalah Dasar‐dasar MySQL yang menjelaskan mengenai perintah‐perintah dasar dari MySQL termasuk fungsi‐fungsi di dalam MySQL. Pada bagian ketiga dipaparkan mengenai perintah‐perintah MySQL yang lebih kompleks seperti penggabungan antar tabel, trigger, views dan stored procedure. Selanjutnya pada bagian yang terakhir akan dijelaskan mengenai penyajian laporan dan proses backup, restore database MySQL.
In the last decades, new technologies have been developed and used for digital conservation. Nowadays, virtual reality is becoming an instrument applicable to many areas of science and visual communication. Pathok Negoro Mosque is one of the Javanese Islamic mosque buildings that was built in the 1700s. The building of this mosque still exists. Pathok Negoro Mosque several times has changed the shape and architecture of the building. The mosque was established during the reign of Sultan Hamengku Buwana I, has an extraordinary concept and philosophy. This project was an archiving physical space so they can be digitally preserved. In this paper, we will present the process of the VR app making also describe the benefits and challenges associated with this approach. The method was by research and development by prototyping the building in 3D model, then providing virtual tours in different place and times. This paper will discuss the VR issue focusing on several hardware devices and software platforms for digital content management. This case study allowing a better understanding of masjid pathok negoro history and atmosphere. The analyzed of virtual experience proved to be advantageous in delivering tangible and intangible information.
AbstrakPersyaratan mahasiswa yang berminat menempuh studi atau mendapatkan beasiswa pendidikan ke Perguruan Tinggi Luar Negeri dengan pengantar bahasa mandarin, adalah memiliki Sertifikat Hànyǔ Shuǐpíng Kǎoshì (HSK). Nilai lulus ujian HSK untuk mendapatkan sertifikat HSK, sering menjadi kendala calon mahasiswa meraih kesempatan studi tersebut. Saat ini, penerapan Teknologi Informasi (TI) pada bidang pendidikan dan pengajaran semakin berkembang. Melalui pemanfaatan TI yang tersedia, dengan aplikasi berbasis Content Management System (CMS), penelitian ini dilakukan untuk membantu mengatasi kendala ujian HSK. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk menghasilkan Aplikasi Sistem Manajemen Konten bahasa Mandarin yang menunjang kebutuhan ujian HSK. Aplikasinya dibuat dengan menggunakan yii framework dan berbasis web. Tahapan pembuatan aplikasi mengikuti pola Systems Development Life Cycle (SDLC) dengan metode Waterfall yang mencakup kegiatan analisa kebutuhan, perancangan, implementasi dan uji coba modul serta perawatannya. Berdasarkan hasil pengujian, secara fungsional aplikasi berjalan sesuai dengan yang diharapkan. Sementara pada analisa data kuesioner responden, dihasilkan nilai rata-rata 3,67 skala Likert. Dengan demikian aplikasi yang digunakan pengguna memberikan nilai cukup baik. AbstractOne of the requirements to obtain a scholarship for educational abroad into overseas university which is using Mandarin as an academic language is the prospective applicants must have a Hànyǔ Shuǐpíng Kǎoshì (HSK) Certificate. However, the result of their HSK exam is often becoming a constraint for the prospective students in grabbing the opportunity to get the scholarship. Meanwhile, nowadays, the application of Information Technology (IT) in the field of education is constantly widespread and developed well. So, this study was conducted to overcome the obstacles in the HSK exam, by utilizing the developement of Information Technology which is based on Content Management System (CMS). The purpose of this study is to provide a Mandarin Content Management System Application that supports the HSK exam. The application is made using the yii framework and is web-based. The stages of making the applications follow the pattern of the Systems Development Life Cycle (SDLC) with the Waterfall method which includes the analysis, design, implementation and trial of modules and its maintenance. Based on the test results, the application runs as expected. Meanwhile, the analysis of respondents' questionnaire data produced an average value of 3.67 Likert scale. Thus, the users who use this application give quite good results.
Pandemi Covid-19 masih menjadi wabah yang membahayakan manusia sehingga menjadi tantangan khusus dan menuntut adanya perubahan pada berbagai bidang masyarakat. Pendidikan menjadi salah satu bidang yang terdampak oleh pandemi ini. Aktivitas belajar mengajar harus dilakukan secara daring yang mengakibatkan kualitas belajar mengajar menjadi tidak maksimal. Perkuliahan daring sudah dilakukan lebih dari satu tahun. Model kuliah ini ternyata telah menurunkan motivasi belajar mahasiswa karena dianggap menjenuhkan sehingga dibutuhkan inovasi pembelajaran dari para Dosen. Gamifikasi menjadi salah satu solusi yang sudah beberapa kali digunakan dan merupakan suatu teknik yang dapat membuat mahasiswa berperan aktif selama perkuliahan serta merasa menikmati setiap tugas perkuliahan yang diberikan. Kami melakukan perancangan dan implementasi gamifikasi untuk matakuliah pemrograman website dengan platform classcraft. Hasil penelitian menunjukan adanya kenaikan motivasi mahasiswa dalam perkuliahan. Hal ini dilihat dari beberapa indikator yaitu tepat waktu dalam masuk kuliah naik dengan persentase 16.67%, minat diskusi dengan dosen naik 40%, ketepatan pengumpulan tugas naik 39,39%, kemampuan menyelesaikan projek UTS naik 28,57% dan kemampuan menyelesaikan projek UAS naik sebesar 34,21%.
