Background: One of efforts to reduce maternal and child mortality is childbirth assistance by health workers. In reality in the field the community do not fully trust health workers as childbirth helpers, they prefer traditional birth attendance as childbirth helpers. There is still childbirth assistance by non-health workers (traditional birth attendance), therefore the provision of communication, information and education (CIE) must still be provided in various ways including through social media, one of them is Whatsapp. Health counseling through video media has advantages in terms of providing good visualization to facilitate the process of knowledge absorption Methods: This study is a Quasy Experimental, it use one-group pretest posttest design. Research took place in the working area of Kalumpang Community Health Center, Ternate city. The study sample included 31 pregnant women who met the inclusion criteria. Data analysis using SPSS statistics version 25 with a paired sample t test Results: The results of that study there is an increase in knowledge from pretest to posttest after being given educational intervention through whatsapp video about childbirth, with a p-value = 0.000. There was an increase in attitude after being given educational intervention through whatsapp video about childbirth (p-value = 0.000). Conclusion:The provision of whatsapp video-based education becomes an alternative and successful in providing health information (preparation for childbirth).

Normal delivery care is carried out with the aim of maintaining survival and providing a high degree of health for the mother and her baby, through integrated and complete efforts but with minimal interventions so that the principle of safety and service quality can be maintained at the desired level (optimal). Safe labor is really needed because labor is a normal process and a healthy event. However, the potential for life-threatening complications will always be there, so the midwife must closely observe the mother and baby throughout the birth. In addition, all birth attendants must have the knowledge, skills, and tools to provide safe and clean assistance, and pay attention to the surrounding environment. Midwives can also be one of the factors that play a role in the normal delivery service process, the competence possessed by midwives in assisting childbirth is not necessarily the same as implementing a normal delivery care service consisting of 60 steps. the service. This study aims to determine the effect of midwives' attitudes, motivations and skills on the application of the normal delivery care method (APN). This study is a quasi-experimental using a one group design pattern with measurements of pre test and post test (one group pretest posttest design).

Keurangnya pengetahuan, skill, dan pelatihan merupakan salah satu faktor kurangnya efesiensi kerja pada pegawai. Tujuan pelatihan ini yaitu agar para karyawan dapat meningkatkan efesiensi kinerja. Metode kegiatan ini berupa workshop penggunaan web persuratan guna meningkatkan efesiensi kerja. Kegiatan ini di laksanakan di Perumda Tirta Hidayah Kota Bengkulu. Kegiatan ini diikuti oleh 10 orang karyawan yang ada di Perumda tersebut. Evaluasi dilakukan melalui Aplikasi Zoom yang melibatkan seluruh peserta karyawan dari Perumda. Pelatihan dan pendampingan penggunaan Web persuratan tidak hanya dilakukan melalui tatap muka, tim pengabdian juga menjelaskan kepada mitra untuk dapat berkonsultasi dengan menggunakan telpon dan aplikasi Whatsapp. Hasil dari kegiatan pengabdian agar karyawan dapat meningkatkan efesiensi kerja dengan menggunakan Web persuratan.
