The purpose of writing this article is to find out the traditional marriage culture of pepadun in North Lampung as a legacy from the ancestors of pepadun. Therefore there is a need for cultural preservation that makes the hallmark of pepadun traditional marriages in North Lampung. This article was compiled using the library research method, which is a method of data collection which is carried out by utilizing sources and library materials. The results obtained were the culture of pepadun marriage in North Lampung, the cultural heritage of the people of North Lampung, which had existed since the early traditional wedding ceremonies. In the wedding there is a meeting of the bride and groom's family, a meeting of the indigenous tribes of pepadun, a procession of marriage in the wedding, and there is a release dance for the bride and groom, and there is a dance that will invite the bride and groom to dance in the evening. fund. The pepadun community has never let go of the culture of marriage that had been passed down by previous ancestors. The conclusion of this research is the culture of customary marriage of pepadun into a marriage culture that cannot be abandoned by the pepadun community, especially in North Lampung.
Pancasila education has been a part of general education which plays an important role in transferring and nurturing values that are in line with the nation's personality. This study aims to describe the implementation of Pancasila Education through field work learning model by looking at the practice of Pancasila values in the real community life in Pancasila Village, Bantul Regency. This research is a descriptive qualitative study through a case study in Pancasila Village. The subjects of the study were the first semester students of Communication Science department at one of the state universities in Yogyakarta who are taking the Pancasila Education course. Purposive sampling technique was used in this study. The data in this study were collected through interview, observation, and documentation, while the data analysis was done through qualitative descriptive techniques. The findings showed that the students gained a great deal of meaningful experiences from the field work learning model through direct observation of the Pancasila values implementation in the community. Another important finding is that the students can identify the implementation of the values of the Pancasila, either the first, second, third, fourth, or fifth precepts in Pancasila Village.
An unfair administrative decision considering by individuals or private corporates subject to be dismissed through Public Administrative Courts. This essay was written based on research conducted during September 2016 on the final and executable judge’s decision after issuing Governmental Administration Law regulating the good government principles. This research was conducted by identifying the final and executable judge’s decision after issuing Governmental Administration Law at Public Administration Court on October 2016. Considering that based on this law, article 10 verse (1) contains the Good Governance Principles, namely: certainty due to law, utility, impartial, thoughtful, non-abuse principle, transparency, public interest first, and public service were applied as long as considered by judge expressed on the final and executable judge’s decision. Therefore, hopefully after the enactment of the law judge on Public Administrative Court should apply these principles on judicial practices. Hopefully, this essay can be considered as an input to revise the law as well as additional materials teaching on good governance among University Lecturer.
Kajian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hak kekayaan intelektual yang dapat diberikan pada karya perajin batik Imogiri, kendala- kendala yang ditemukan dalam memberikan perlindungan hak kekayaan intelektual pada karya perajin batik Imogiri, serta usaha-usaha yang telah dilakukan untuk mengatasi kendala-kendala tersebut. Sebagai suatu penelitian deskriptif dengan pendekatan kualitatif, wawancara, osbervasi, dan dokumentasi dipilih sebagai teknik pengumpulan data. Subjek penelitian berjumlah tujuh orang yang ditentukan dengan teknik snow ball. Analisis datanya berupa analisis domain, analisis taksonomis, analisis komponensial, dan analisis tema. Simpulan kajian ini adalah bahwa hak atas kekayaan intelektual (HKI) yang dapat dipergunakan untuk melindungi karya perajin batik Imogiri adalah: 1) hak cipta; 2) hak paten sederhana; 3) hak merek; dan 4) hak indikasi geografis. Adapun kendala dalam pemberian perlindungan HKI atas karya perajin batik Imogiri adalah: 1) terbatasnya pengetahuan dan pemahaman para perajin batik Imogiri tentang HKI; 2) kentalnya budaya kebersamaan membuat para perajin sangat sulit menerima konsep-konsep HKI yang menonjolkan hak-hak pribadi; 3) ketentuan-ketentuan dalam HKI yang bersifat komersial dan berorientasi pada keuntungan ekonomis tidak sesuai dengan nilai-nilai yang dimiliki para perajin; dan 4) mahalnya biaya dan sulitnya prosedur pengurusan HKI.
This study aimed to provide explicit and implicit analysis of the formulation and implementation of General Principles of Good Governance (AAUPB) on the legislation regarding the investment licensing policy for regional/municipal governments in Indonesia, particularly in Yogyakarta Special Region. The study was carried out using statute approach, philosophical approach, and comparative approach. The object of this study was local regulations, regent/mayor regulations, and regent's decrees. The problem formulation in this study was how are the formulation and implementation of AAUPB on the legislations issued by the Local Government of DIY? The findings indicated that the legislations of Sleman Regency have not explicitly implemented AAUPB and have not made detailed formulation of these principles in its articles. The legislations of Yogyakarta City, especially those in the form of local regulations, have explicitly or implicitly implemented AAUPB and detailed these principles in its articles. In addition, most of the legislations of Kulon Progo Regency have explicitly or implicitly formulated and implemented AAUPB and described these principles in details in its articles, but the number of legislations issued by this regency is less than those issued by Sleman Regency and Yogyakarta City.
