<p><br />Kehamilan pada remaja merupakan salah satu masalah kesehatan yang berkelanjutan. Salah satu faktor eksternal yang sangat berpengaruh terhadap perilaku seksual remaja adalah keluarga. Interaksi dengan orangtua sangat mempengaruhi perkembangan individu remaja. Keterlibatan orang tua dan komunikasi orangtua dengan anak dapat mempromosikan perilaku sehat, sehingga mencegah remaja untuk hamil. Penelitian ini untuk mengetahui efektifitas model parenting class kesehatan reproduksi remaja terhadap pengetahuan dan sikap orangtua dalam pencegahan kehamilan remaja.Jenis penelitian ini merupakan penelitian quasi experimental dengan rancangan pretest-posttest control design. Lokasi penelitian di Wilayah Desa A dan B Kecamatan Sewon, Kabupaten Bantul. Sampel dalam penelitian ini dipilih dengan purposive sampling. Analisis data dilakukan dengan paired t-test dan menggunakan bantuan software stata. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa variabel pengetahuan pada kelompok intervensi memiliki perbedaan yang signifikan (p value=0,01); sedangkan pada kelompok kontrol di antara pretest dan posttest terdapat perbedaan yang tidak signifikan (p value=0,87). Variabel sikap pada kelompok intervensi terdapat perbedaan yang signifikan (p value=0,01); sedangkan pada kelompok kontrol di antara pretest dan posttest terdapat perbedaan yang tidak signifikan (p value=0,97). Model parenting class kesehatan reproduksi remaja efektif terhadap pengetahuan dan sikap orangtua dalam pencegahan kehamilan remaja.</p>

The involvement of men in family planning has an important role in making decisions related to the use of contraception. This study aimed to determine the effect of husband’s support on the use of IUDs and Implant contraception among Indonesian couples. This is an analytic survey with a cross-sectional approach. The sample was selected by using the Slovin formula, resulted 398 respondents. Sampling was carried out using accidental sampling. Data collection was carried out using a questionnaire. Validity and reliability tests were carried out using Pearson's product-moment and Cronbach's alpha. Results analysis of the study was carried out by multiple logistic regression. 251 (63.1%) husbands were supporting the use of IUDs and Implant contraception as much as 147 (36.9%) others did not support the use of both contraceptives. The results of multiple logistic regression analysis are OR = 7,713; p = 0,0001 Husband's support influences the use of IUDs and Implant contraception.

As the pregnancy progresses, the mother's posture adjusts to the heavier uterus. Pain felt by pregnant women in the back causes back pain. Non-pharmacological pain therapy is exercise. Pregnancy exercise is currently known as Maryam exercise. Pregnant women need to meet their needs holistically to prevent anxiety and overcome the discomforts of pregnancy. Maryam gymnastics can reduce stress levels, cortisol levels in pregnant women which are useful in the emergence of adequate uterine contractions during labor so that the duration of labor in the first and second stages is shorter, breastfeeding is smooth, trains abdominal and pelvic muscles and improves sleep quality. Maryam's gymnastics aims to improve the health of the mother and fetus in the face of childbirth. The method of activity is carried out online to answer the challenges of the covid 19 pandemic, the team created a What's Application Video Call Group. Gymnastics is done directly with a certified gymnastic instructor. After Maryam's exercise is carried out, there will be a discussion session for pregnant women to respond and ask questions about her pregnancy. Maryam's gymnastics activities for pregnant women TM II-TM III (16 weeks - 40 weeks) are carried out routinely 2 times a week every Wednesday and Saturday for 4 months. There are 10 participants. Of the 9 participants who gave birth normally there were 7 people and by SC (Sectio Cesarea) there were 2 people on the indication of a narrow pelvis and polyhydramnios and PEB. Maryam's gymnastics is calm in the face of SC surgery and breastfeeding is smooth. There were also participants who succeeded in VBAC (Vaginal Birth After Cesarea). Participants feel the benefits of Maryam exercise, namely the mother feels relaxed, ready to face childbirth comfortably, sleep quality so as to prevent anxiety and stress during pregnancy and relax the muscles of the vagina, abdomen, thighs and back. Therefore, pregnant women must attend every activity of Maryam's gymnastics so that they are able to face childbirth with a calm and happy heart and healthy mothers and babies

1000 Hari Pertama Kehidupan (HPK) merupakan masa sejak anak dalam kandungan hingga seorang anak berusia dua tahun. Periode ini terjadi pertumbuhan otak yang sangat pesat yang mendukung seluruh proses pertumbuhan anak dengan sempurna, yang jika tidak dimanfaatkan dengan baik akan terjadi kerusakan yang bersifat permanen (window of opportunity), oleh karena itu periode ini sering disebut sebagai “periode emas. Tujuan dilakukan pengabdian masyarakat ini untuk mencegah terjadinya stunting pada anak yang dimulai dari kehamilan hingga bayi lahir dan dilanjutkan hingga 2 tahun.  Kegiatan ini bagi Ibu hamil kehamilan TM II yang berada di wilayah Bantul, terdapat 9 peserta. Pelaksanaan kegiatan dilakukan pada tahap awal selama 1 bulan setiap 1 minggu pada hari Sabtu dimulai Bulan Juni 2021. Metode kegiatan dilakukan secara daring untuk menjawab tantangan pandemic covid 19, sehingga dilakukan dengan membuat Grup What’s Aplication dengan nama MILAJAKUN, zoom meeting application, Video Call Whatss Aplication. Penyuluhan dan pelatihan bersama secara online untuk memberikan wawasan dan persepsi yang sama pada peserta. Peserta diberikan kuesioner untuk pretest dan postest. Hasilnya Ibu hamil dapat memahami cara mempersiapkan persalinan dengan aman, stimulasi perkembangan janin dengan brain booster, mengajarkan pijat bayi dan senam maryam dengan mengoptimalkan  praktek secara mandiri dirumah.

Chairman of the Central Board of the Indonesian Pediatric Association (IDAI), said that Covid-19 cases in children in the country increased by 11-12 percent. During the pandemic, the number of deaths of children under five increased by 50 percent or there were 1,000 deaths in children every week. UGM epidemiologist, said that actually from the beginning children have a risk of being infected with sars cov-2. He mentioned that in DIY itself the first case of Covid-19 was in children.(1) Clean and Healthy Living Behavior (PHBS) is needed by students at school to avoid various diseases. one of them is washing hands with soap and clean water as well as healthy snacks.(2) The purpose of this service is to provide information and education about PHBS for orphanage children, so that they are able to have PHBS. The method used begins with opening, introduction, prayer, and presentation of health education materials, question and answer sessions, evaluation, games, door prizes, closing and group photos. The results of this activity, orphanage children understand PHBS, the orphanage management is helped because children have received information and provision of PHBS during the co-19 pandemic.
