Cocoa pod husk extract can be used as a source of antioxidants in cosmetic preparations, namely cream body scrub. Cream body scrub is a type of cosmetic cleanser that is used to clean dead skin cells and nourish the skin. This study aims to (1) know the effect of the concentration of ethanol extract of cocoa pod and heating temperature on the characteristics of cream body scrub and to (2) determine the concentration of ethanolic extract of cocoa pod and the best heating temperature to produce cream body scrub. This study used a factorial randomized block design with two factors. The first factor is the concentration of the extract which consists of 3 levels, namely 1%, 2%, and 3%. The second factor is the heating temperature which consists of 2 levels, namely 65±2°C and 75±2°C. The results showed that the concentration of the extract and the heating temperature and their interactions affected the antioxidant capacity, antioxidant activity, pH, viscosity, spreadability, color, aroma and overall acceptance. Extract concentration of 3% and heating temperature of 65±2°C is the best treatment to produce cream body scrub with antioxidant capacity characteristics of 85.02±0.22 mg GAEAC/g, antioxidant activity 98.48±0.82 ppm (strong antioxidant), pH 6.66±0.02, viscosity 34200±200 cp, spreadability 4.78±0.10 cm, sensory evaluation: color 4.35±0.48(light brown to light brown), aroma 6.25 ±0.71 (fairly typical of cocoa to typical of cocoa) and overall acceptance of 6.25±0.71(like to very like). PT. ICG is a company that handles the pipeline welding process at PetroChina Jabung Ltd. The welding process carried out is cutting, rolling, pressing and painting. The problem that occurs is that 243 defects are found from the output of 457 welding points. The types of defects after the welding process included 106 points of Root Cancellation defects, 99 points of Incomplete fusion, 29 points of Porosity, 8 points of Slug Inclusion, and 1 point of Tungsten Inclusion. This study aims to control quality by looking at the sigma value of the pipeline production process and analyzing the improvements that should be made to reduce the defects that occur. The results of the calculation of Defect Per Million Opportunities (DPMO) show that the number of welding defects that arise every one million opportunities is 174,10. The quality of the welding process in the pipeline Sabar # 2 project is at a sigma value of 2,43 with a DPMO value of 174,10. From the results of the sigma value obtained, this value is still far from the expectations of Petrochina's management to achieve a minimum sigma value of 4,0. The potential causes of weld defects include welding machines, work errors, work methods and work environment.

Penelitian ini dilatar belakangi oleh rendahnya hasil belajar dan motivasi belajar siswa pada pembelajaran bahasa Inggris. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk melihat peningkatan motivasi dan hasil belajar siswa dengan menggunakan model interaktif multimedia tutorial pada pembelajaran bahasa inggris. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah quasi eksperimen dengan desain Nonequivalent Control Group Design .Hasil penelitian berdasarkan hasil uji peningkatan motivasi belajar siswa pada kelas eksperimen sebesar 0,70 dengan kategori tinggi dan kelas kontrol sebesar 0,31 dengan aktegori sedang yaitu peningkatan motivasi belajar pada kelas eksperimen dengan menggunakan model tutorial interaktif yang lebih tinggi dibandingkan dengan pembelajaran konvensional. H asil uji hip o tesis Nilai Asymp Sig. (2-tailed) = 0,000 lebih kecil dari α = 0,05 maka Ha diterima maka dapat diabaikan bahwa terdapat peningkatan peningkatan hasil belajar antara kelas eksperimen dengan menggunakan multimedia interaktif tutorial dan kelas control dengan pembelajaran menggunakan metode ceramah

This study aims to improve the students’ achievement and involvement during the online learning by using the applications of Google Workspace. The subjects of the research were the students of grade 9B of MTs Negeri 1 Bantul in the academic year 0f 2021/2022. The research implemented the stages of Class Action Research through two cycles that include planning, implementing, observing, and reflecting activities. The result showed that the use of Google Workspace is able to improve the students’ achievement and involvement in the online learning. The improvement of students’ achievement can be seen from the increasing of the mean of evaluation which was 77,5% on Cycle 1 and 84% on Cycle 2. There was also increasing on the number of students who are able to exceed the passing grade that was 76% on Cycle 1 and 82.1% on Cycle 2. The students’ involvement is also improved. The numbers of students involved in Cycle 1 and Cycle 2 were 81.3%.

Perkembangan bisnis laundry di Indonesia saat ini sedang mengalami pertumbuhan yang pesat, banyak ditemukan jasa laundry di beberapa kota besar dan juga daerah terpencil, berdasarkan data Asosiasi Profesi Laundry Indonesia (APLI) tahun 2013, Indonesia merupakan negara dengan pertumbuhan layanan laundry terbesar kedua setelah China. Kota Jambi merupakan salah satu kota yang saat ini terdapat usaha laundry, salah satu objek penelitian adalah Izoel Laundry merupakan salah satu usaha laundry yang ada di kawasan Villa Kenali RT 37 Mayang Mangurai- Kota Jambi. Pengukuran dilakukan pada beberapa dimensi tinggi duduk popliteal, tinggi bahu, lebar kepala, lebar pinggul, tinggi bahu ke kepala, lebar bahu, popliteal pantat. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian Tinggi jok 47,23 cm, tinggi dudukan 48,38 cm, tinggi sandaran kepala 23,82 cm, lebar dudukan 37,57 cm, lebar sandaran kursi 37,00 cm, lebar sandaran kepala 17,98 cm, panjang dudukan 46,27 cm.Kursi berbahan plastik karena tingkat ketahanan fisik masih lemah, setelah dilakukan pengukuran secara antropometri, peneliti mencoba merancang kursi yang diharapkan dapat mengatasi masalah bagi pekerja laundry, memiliki sistem yang dapat diatur, memiliki bantalan pada kursi dan belakang, memiliki sandaran yang fleksibel, kursi sudah disesuaikan dengan ukuran badan, sistem kunci manual di beberapa tempat.
