This study aimed to measure the effect of work-family conflict on employee performance of the part-time employee of a packaging industry in Tangerang which are mediated by readiness for change. Data collection was done by simple random sampling technique and the returned and valid questionnaire results were 143 samples. Data processing was used SEM method with SmartPLS 3.0 software. The results of this study concluded that work-family conflict have negative and significant effect on the employee performance, but work-family conflict have a positive and significant effect on readiness for change. This study conclude also that readiness for change have a positive and significant effect on relationship work-family conflict and employee performance. Readiness for change as fully mediator. This new research proposed a model for building employee performance among the part-time employee of a packaging industry in Tangerang through enhancing work-family conflict management practice with readiness for change as a mediator. This research could pave the way to improve employee readiness in facing the era of industrial revolution 4.0.
Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh adopsi teknologi informasi terhadap niat berbagi pengetahuan dengan melibatkan budaya organisasi sebagai mediator. Sampel penelitian ini diambil dari 102 orang dosen salah satu perguruan tinggi swasta di Indonesia dengan menggunakan teknik simple random sampling dan menggunakan SEM (Structural Equation Model) dengan software SmartPLS versi 3.0 sebagai alat statistiknya. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa adopsi teknologi informasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap knowledge sharing intention, baik secara langsung maupun melalui mediasi budaya organisasi. Oleh karena itu, budaya organisasi dapat menjadi variabel mediator yang memperkuat pengaruh adopsi teknologi informasi terhadap niat berbagi pengetahuan.
Tujuan studi ini adalah untuk menemukan dan mendefinisikan model yang dapat menjelaskan adopsi E-commerce oleh pelaku Usaha Mikro, Kecil dan Menengah (UMKM) pada pelaku usaha tersebut di Banten. Data dikumpulkan dari 93 karyawan UMKM, yang bekerja pada UMKM di Banten. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode kuantitatif dan survei konfirmasi dengan bantuan software SmartPLS 3.0. Studi ini menunjukkan bahwa: Pertama, attitude toward using berpengaruh signifikan positif terhadap intention to use. Kedua, subjective norm berpengaruh signifikan pada intention to use. Ketiga, perceived behavior control berpengaruh pada intention to use. Keempat, intention to use berpengaruh signifikan pada usage behavior. Kelima, perceived behavior control berpengaruh pada usage behavior. Studi ini menguatkan fakta bahwa theory of planned behavior mampu menjelaskan tentang adopsi e-commerce pada pelaku UMKM di Banten.
This study focuses on innovation by individual employees. This study aimed to measure the effect of leadership autonomy support (LAS) on individual innovative behavior (IIB) of manufacturers’ employees in Tangerang which are mediated by individual creativity (IC). Data collection was done by simple random sampling to the employees of a packaging industry in Tangerang. The returned and valid questionnaire results were 98 samples. Data processing was used SEM method with SmartPLS 3.0 software. The results of this study concluded that leadership autonomy support have a positive and significant effect on the individual innovative behavior, both directly and indirectly through mediating individual creativity. This new research proposed a model for building individual innovative behavior among the manufacturers’ employees in Tangerang through enhancing leadership autonomy support with individual creativity a mediator. This research could pave the way to improve employee readiness in facing the era of industrial revolution 4.0.Kata Kunci : Individual creativity, individual innovative behavior, industrial revolution 4.0, leadership autonomy support.
