Head trauma in children are frequent caused by falling, games, traffic accidents and more. Not all of head trauma continues to be brain injury. According with this, all of doctor must be able to established the diagnosis and classified head trauma to determine the optimal management and prognosis especially related with problems of brain development after head trauma. Long-term follow up should be done especially in severe and moderate head trauma to early detection any problems about development progress in this child
Bawang Merah (Allium ascalonicum L) merupakan salah satu komoditi sayuran unggulan yang sejak lama diusahakan oleh petani secara intensif, dan mempunyai peluang pasar yang besar dalam sektor agribisnis sehingga merupakan sumber pendapatan dan kesempatan kerja yang memberikan kontribusi cukup tinggi terhadap perkembangan ekonomi. Salah satu sentra produksi bawang merah varietas lembah palu di Provinsi Sulawesi Tengah adalah di Kabupaten Sigi. Hasil produksi usahatani bawang merah varietas lembah palu Tahun 2021 di Kabupaten Sigi mencapai 3 ton atau 3.095 kg dengan luas panen seluas 612 ha (BPS, Kabupaten Sigi dalam angka, 2021), dari data tersebut Kabupaten Sigi memiliki potensi untuk mengembangkan komoditas bawang merah varietas lokal palu, sedangkan menurut Riyanti (2011) potensi produktivitas bawang merah di Indonesia mencapai lebih dari 20 ton ha-1. Besarnya produksi bawang merah varietas lembah palu dilokasi penelitian belum dapat menjamin tingginya pendapatan petani, hal ini disebabkan oleh harga yang diterima petani bawang merah varietas lembah palu lebih rendah dari harga yang dibayarkan oleh konsumen, selain itu pendapatan yang diterima petani juga ditentukan oleh semakin meningkatnya harga sarana produksi. Adapun tujuan dari penelitian ini yaitu untuk mengetahui tingkat pendapatan petani dan mengetahui kelayakan dari usahatani bawang merah varietas lembah palu. Hasil menelitian menunjukkan bahwa rata-rata pendapatan yang diperoleh petani bawang merah varietas lembah palu sebesar Rp. 103.105.292,06/ha/musim tanam atau jika dikonversi sebesar Rp. 25.776.323,02/ha/bulan, dan usahatani bawang merah varietas lembah palu layak untuk diusahakan dan dikembangkan, hal ini dapat dilihat dari nilai R/C lebih dari 1, yaitu sebesar 2,51.
The development of the Internet makes it very easy to complete administrative work so that it requires good skills on the internet for office employees and village officials in Rantau Mempesai, Indragiri Hulu Regency, Riau Province, so training is needed. The College of Technology (STTI) lecturer team decided to hold community service (PKM) in the form of the training. The purpose of the training is to equip office employees and village officials how to complete the administration of government activities so that the administrative work process can be carried out in a very short and efficient time by searching for information, storing data and sending data. This training is carried out using lecture methods, discussions and hands-on practice with discussions on web browsing, Gmail and Geoggle drive. The results of this training evaluation showed a large increase (85.2%) of understanding for office employees and village officials in using the internet to improve skills in the field of technology.
Background: Congenital rubella syndrome is a disease that is a relative severe health problem because it causes multiorgan disability. The purpose of the study was to describe the neurological abnormallities that occur in congenital rubella syndrome and its pathophysiology.Case Presentation: A descriptive study with the subjects of the study of infants and children with congenital rubella syndrome found in the private practice of pediatricians for 10 years aged 1-5 years with the most complaints of developmental and growth delays, recurrent seizures and behavioral disorders. most are first children with mothers without Measles, Mumps, and Rubella (MMR) vaccination. Inclusion criteria: infants and children with clinical manifestations of at least 2 of all major clinical signs (hearing loss, congenital cataracts and congenital heart defects) accompanied by evidence of infection in the form of rubella-specific serum IgM and a history of the mother experiencing infection during pregnancy as evidenced by IgG results and or IgM rubella antibodies.Results: 13 cases were obtained, 92.3% of the case population with multi-organ disability and only 1 case (7.69%) with neurological disorders alone. 84.6% of cases of neurological disability occurred as a result of infection in the 1 st trimester. Conclusion:Neurological abnormalities were acquired in the entire study population and were mostly due to infections in the 1st trimester of pregnancy.
The use of gadgets is currently very evenly distributed in almost all age groups with screen times that are increasingly worrying, especially in infants and children. The influence of these devices can cause many problems not only social problems but especially health problems that have a long-term impact. Neuropsychiatric disorders caused by early use of gadgets in infants and children should be prevented by parents' understanding of the effects of using these devices. The purpose of writing this review article describes health problems that may arise due to the use of gadgets in children in an uncontrolled time. This literature review article was analyzed from 25 journals with topics of infant and toddler brain development, gadgets, electromagnetic waves and their impact on infant and toddler brain development. Search using pubmed central, google scholar, article in journals indexes Scopus Q1-4 and Sinta 1-4 from year 2002-2022. 25 journals were obtained and overall showed the impact of gadgets in the brain development.
