Pakistan has been one of the fastest-growing economies in developing countries. Therefore, it is not surprising that the healthcare industry is also expanding rapidly. In the past two decades, Pakistan's healthcare industry has risen astoundingly. This study seeks to determine the extent to which TQM has been implemented in Pakistan's healthcare sector, as well as how it influences and is influenced by organizational effectiveness. Numerous TQM characteristics and organizational performances were analyzed to achieve this objective, and the results were analyzed to determine how well they were utilized. To achieve this objective, research was conducted on several facets of TQM, including organizational leadership, customer satisfaction, and customer relationships, emphasizing human resources. Also, structural equation modeling was utilized to examine the relationships between TQM elements and an organization's performance (SEM). The primary objective of this study is to investigate how Total Quality Management (TQM) influences the performance of healthcare institute. The research was conducted with the assistance of National Institute of Cardiovascular Diseases (NICVD). This research utilized both primary and secondary data to determine the extent to which pharmaceutical businesses had implemented TQM.
For the development of an organization, effective human resource management practices for social networking is necessary as employees are considered as the backbone of an organization. The research objective is to find out the development of human resource management networking in female faculty performances of Karachi based degree awarding business management institutes. Networking is defined as meeting both formally and informally to discuss business matters, maintaining relationships and staying in contact with colleagues are vital to career development .Research is based on human resource management networking and female faculty performances. A positivist approach adopted, hypothesis was formulated after taken dependent variables of faculty performance from the relevant literature. A research instrument in the form of a well-structured questionnaire was developed for collection of quantitative primary data from a sample of 110 respondents. The collected data was then treated by applying regression analysis tool. The impact of independent variable on dependent variable was established. The outcome of this study is beneficial to the human resource management of degree awarding business management institutes for establishing institute development by adopting quality management practices to enhance female faculty performances.
The part which entrepreneurs play in the economic growth of any country needs no elucidation. Having started new businesses- by utilizing their skills and knowledge- they give proliferation to new ideas in the market and reach the right decisions that serve as vehicles of prosperity and enhancement of the business. The global quest for achieving permanence in economic development and acceleration of social progress has found a new light in entrepreneurial activities. A lot of proponents such as burgeoning urbanization and industrialization, coupled with the prevalence of social legislation as well as general awareness and entrepreneurial education on formal grounds have set the stage for the ever-increasing omnipresence of novel entrepreneurial ventures in various economies across the globe. This study emphasizes the need for adequate infrastructure for an entrepreneurial business, which is a key factor for the success of an entrepreneurial business. Employing a well-developed and verified scale, data collection from 100 respondents was done on a convenience basis. All of the respondents amongst whom the questionnaires were distributed to different Kariyana and general stores located in Gulistan-e-Jauhar, Karachi and descriptive statistics were applied on the relevant variables such as the importance of infrastructure, location of a business, positioning of products in a general store, similarly, use of other business techniques such as educated and trained salespersons, following to proper timing for the business, nice dealing with customers, etc. This research article aims at contributing to the existing academic literature present on the importance of infrastructure required for the better results of an entrepreneurial business. This study shall assist government regulators in making informed decisions while addressing the need and importance of adequate infrastructure for Pakistani entrepreneurs, which shall lead to more effective and well-planned initiatives, which can help not only to improve the performance of entrepreneurial ventures but also to curb and eventually eradicate poverty from Pakistan.
The results of managing e-recruitment in various organizations assessed the delicate fashion of online process-looking activities, which increased significantly. Five motivators of job seekers have been recollecting on this take a look, "Time-saving" is the top motivator, followed by the way of "surfing extensive places of employment", "global employment pool", "easiness" and "value-effective", respectively. These motivators encourage job seekers to go online to look for employment. The study recommends that HR practitioners be more aware and focus on online recruitment in Pakistan to attract many able-bodied personnel in less time. Invest more in developing online recruitment devices to get big go back on funding in a long way for cost-effective strategies. Technology has become an essential factor for a business community; e-recruitment also plays a vital role in the development of a talent pool for an organization. E-Recruitment thus helps to create the value of human resources, which can align and achieve business value. This paper aims to examine factors that are affecting the implementation of e-Recruitment in Pakistan. This research is based on four elements: age, education, cheating insecurity, and lack of information. It reveals that age, cheating issues, and low intake affect the implementation of E-Recruitment in Pakistan, whereas education level does not have any impact. This research will provide a framework for an organization to work accordingly and start implementing e-Recruitment in Pakistan, which is essential in a modern era of technology.
Leadership plays a substantial role in effective succession planning in public and private organizations. In comparison to private organizations, most public organizations have a bureaucratic structure. A study has been conducted to observe the impact of leadership on effective succession planning in public and private organizations. Study based on qualitative methodology. We can successfully observe the nature of both organizations by conducting an interview study. The study chose two private organizations, such as Standard Chartered Bank and Bank Alfalah. Two other public organizations are also taken into observation, namely the National Bank of Pakistan and the First Women's Bank of Pakistan. N=250 people from the aforementioned organizations were observed for the study. According to one study, hiccups integrate the nature of tenancy and political administration in people working in the public sector, as well as work force framework principles, the absence of assets, and the absence of core interests. A study found that proper implementation of strategies needs to be taken into consideration because most organizations fail to implant the proper program. Decision-making is also important because it’s necessary to take the right decision at the right time for effective succession planning.
