Through International Physical Activity Questionnaire (IPAQ) this research has the intent and purpose of examining the extent to which physical activity and quality of life is carried out by students in the Sports Coaching Education Department, especially in the class of 2021. This research itself is based on the current situation in the world that is still hit by Covid 19. As a result, the lecture activities are carried out separately, so for practical lecture activities, controlling for monitoring and evaluating optimally from the implementation of lecture activities cannot be carried out. The research uses a descriptive percentage approach in its implementation. While the data collection used IPAQ questionnaire as the instrument. A total of 80 samples used in this study were obtained from students in the Sports Coaching Education Department. The results of the analysis show that there are 30% of students who can be categorized as having a fairly high level of physical activity, while for students who have a moderate level of activity, the results are 45% and 25% for students with low levels of physical activity. Based on these results it can be concluded that during the Covid 19 pandemic which is still ongoing today, it can be interpreted that students have a tendency to decrease their physical activity level, where one of the contributing factors is the reduced physical activity they do every day and of course this also affects the quality of life of these students.
Wasit dalam olahraga bola voli memiliki peran penting untuk melaksanakan dan mengambil keputusan dalam pertandingan. Wasit dalam olahraga bola voli dapat mempengaruhi keberhasilan individu dan tim bola voli. Oleh karena itu, kompetensi seorang wasit bola voli menjadi hal yang sangat diperlukan, terlebih lagi di era revolusi industry 4.0 adalah sistem berbasis teknologi, sehingga sistem pertandingan menggunakan digital. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah memberikan pelatihan kepada wasit kemudian menguji kompetensi setelah diberikan pelatihan. Metode penelitian adalah eksperimen dengan pendekatan pretest-postest desain, partisipan dalam penelitian ini adalah wasit bola voli berjumlah 72, teknik pengumpulan dan isntrumen data adalah tes, teknik analisis data adalah analisis deskriptif dan uji nonparametrics Wilcoxon dengan bantuan SPSS versi 23. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa nilai minimal pada tes awal adalah 40 nilai minimal pada tes akhir adalah 46, nilai maximal pada tes awal adalah 74 dan nilai maximal pada tes akhir adalah 80 sedangkan pada nilai mean tes awal adalah 60,89 dan nilai mean tes akhir adalah 65.59. Hasil nilai Asymp. Sig (2-tailed) adalah 0.0000.05 sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa ada peningkatan yang signifikan terhadap peningkatan kompetensi dan pemahaman wasit terhadap digitalissasi sistem pertandingan bola voli. Oleh karena itu program pelatihan adalah penting sehingga pelatihan dapat menambah wawasan dan pengetahuan bagi para wasit bola voli.Improving volleyball referees competence through digitalization volleyball match systemAbstractReferees in the sport of volleyball have an important role to carry out and make decisions in matches. Referees in the sport of volleyball can influence the success of individual and volleyball teams. Therefore, the competence of a volleyball referee is an indispensable thing, especially in the era of the industrial revolution 4.0 is a technology-based system, so the match system uses digital. The purpose of this study is to provide training to referees and then test competencies after being given training. The research method is an experiment with a pretest-postest design approach, the participants in this study are 72 volleyball referees, the data collection and amendment technique is the test, the data analysis technique is descriptive analysis, and the Wilcoxon nonparametric test with the help of SPSS version 23. The results show that the minimum score on the initial test is 40, the minimum score on the final test is 46, the maximum value on the initial test is 74 and the maximum value on the final test is 80 while the mean value for the initial test is 60.89 and the mean value for the final test is 65.59. Asymp value results. The sig (2-tailed) is 0.0000.05 so it can be concluded that there is a significant increase in the improvement of the competence and understanding of referees towards the digitization of the volleyball match system. Therefore the training program is important so that the training can add insight and knowledge to the volleyball referees
Sociometry is one of a research method for measurement and assessment of group cohesion and communications between population units. The main purpose of the study is to determine mutual choices, characteristics of the group relationships and interpersonal relationships. In handball, interpersonal relationships is important in building team structures to achieve high goals. The research information base consisted of survey data from 15 athlete from the women handball team. After analyzing these factors, we can see the group leader, group cohesion, and marginalized individuals of the team. By analyzing interpersonal relationships between team members, we can improve group cohesion that can affect team outcomes. The conclusions from applying the sociometry test is the test can help us to define preferences for the team captain or other social problems in the group we want to investigate and whether the group is united or divided.
This study aims to evaluate and at the same time determine the level of physical activity of students in the Sports Coaching Education Study Program using the International Physical Activity Questionnaire (IPAQ). This research is a descriptive study, where this research is used to explain the data collected in the form of data regarding the level of physical activity. The instrument used is a questionnaire from the International Physical Activity Questionnaire (IPAQ). The sample used was 124 students from the 2019 & 2020 classes. This study used a purposive sampling technique in taking research samples. The results show that for the 2019 batch of a total sample of 59, 37.2% of students have a classification of physical activity levels in the high category, 47.5% have moderate/moderate physical activity results and 15.3% have low physical activity results. /low. Meanwhile, for the class of 2020 students with a total sample of 65, 60% of the students were classified as having a high level of physical activity, 18.5% had moderate/moderate physical activity results and 21.5% had low/low levels of physical activity. In conclusion, based on the results of this study, COVID-19 is not an obstacle for students to continue to carry out physical activities during the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic.
