The research aimed to describe the forms of the code mixing, switching, and interference at State Senior High School 6 (SMAN) Maros, Bontoa District, Maros Regency, Sulawesi Selatan. This was a qualitative descriptive research examining linguistic phenomena with the sociolinguistic approach Data resource were the speeches used by the teachers of the study programs of Religious Education, Natural Science, Social Science, Physic Education, Indonesian language, mathematics, and all the speeches of the students involving in the learning process which contained the code mixing, switching, and interference. Data were collected by the non-participative observation. While the data were also collected by the scrutinized technique of the free involving conversation, recording technique, and note-taking. The classified data were then analysed by the qualitative descriptive analysis method.The research result indicates that the code mixing forms are: verb, adverb, conjunction, reduplication, personal pronouns, and phrases, whereas the code switching is in the forms of independent clauses, coordinative clauses, and sentences. and the interferences are: addition of klitika, mi, pi, ji, phoneme removal, addition of phoneme, replacement of phoneme /i/ into /e/ and phoneme /u/ to /o/. The code mixing, switching, and interference occur in the learning process at State Senior High School (SMAN) Maros, Bontoa District, Maros Regency, Sulawesi Selatan. performed by the teachers, students from Indonesian language into Makassar dialect .
This study aims to: (1) explain the types of provocative speech acts of Natalius Pigai on YouTube social media, (2) explain the forms of provocative speech acts on YouTube social media. The data in this study are languages that are supposed to contain provocative criminal acts on YouTube social media. The data source in this study is the social media YouTube. The method used in this research is descriptive qualitative method, data collection techniques in the form of viewing and documentation. The data were analyzed using the steps of (1) identifying, (2) classifying, and (3) analyzing. The results of this study indicate that: Natalis Pigai's utterances on social media contain literal indirect speech acts, while locutionary speech acts use declarative locutions, expressive illocutions, and get hearer to think about perlocutions (make the interlocutor think about). These statements violate the Criminal Code, Article 160 and Article 161 regarding sedition. Keywords: provocative speech acts, social media, forensic linguistics. The use of language among drug abusers community. The distribution and incidents of drug abuse currently become a matter of great concern in our country. In practice, a community of drug offenders who have become convicts uses specific languages in carrying out their actions. Of course, the use of that language has its purpose. Departing from this phenomenon, sociolinguistic research is needed to describe and explain the classification, meaning of language, and the purpose of language use. This study used a language variety theory design in sociolinguistics with a qualitative descriptive method. The results of this study described seven language classifications and meanings of community language, Besides, there is a certain use of secret language from the community of drug abusers, namely as a means of communication in the community and protecting the community from access by other people or other groups. This study aims to determine the implementation of the Law on the Elimination of Domestic Violence in Upholding Women's Rights, as well as supporting factors and inhibiting factors in Makassar City. This research is a qualitative research with data collection techniques using observation, in-depth interviews, document studies, and descriptive data analysis techniques. The research informants were 11 female victims of violence in the Makassar City area P2TP2A consultants, P2TP2A officers, citizen shelters, and female activists who provide assistance against Cases of Domestic Violence. The results of the data analysis show that the informants experienced complex problems due to the violence they experienced, there was a misunderstanding from the informants regarding the concept of domestic violence, informants were reluctant to use the PKDRT Law in handling their cases because of the assumption that the domestic violence problem was in the Domestic area and became taboo to bring to court.
