We found that dexketoprofen was an effective analgesic for postdiscectomy pain when used alone or in addition to opioids. It is easy to administer and decreases tramadol consumption and opioid-related side effects.
We conclude that GEB, which is cheap and easily accessible, should be an advantageous choice in cervical trauma patients for both the easeness of intubation and patient morbidity and mortality.

Olgumuz yaklaşık 10 yıldır olan ani boyun rotasyon hareketini takiben boyunda ağrı ve aynı taraf dilde uyuşma şikayeti olan 15 yaşında kadın hastaydı. Hastanın özgeçmişinde boyun travması yoktu. Biz bu olgu sunumunda ender görülen bu tabloyla başvuran boyun-dil sendromlu bir olguyu tartışacağız. Up to now few papers were published about this syndrome. The patient presented here is 15 years old girl and she has been suffering from ipsilateral numbness and pain on her neck and tongue during sharp rotation of the neck for ten years. She has no history of any neck travma. In this case report, we discussed a patient who has a rare seen neck-tongue syndrome.
