This work is aimed at crea Irkutsk ting a domestic switching IT platform that organizes commercial and technological data exchange with intelligent metering devices within the Kumir-Resource complex. To facilitate efficient control and management of the modern pipe line and electric grid infrastructure an IoT (Internet of Things) platform can be built to organize communication with a multi-million audience of end consumers using smart metering devices. Implementation of such a platform will allow centralized collection, monitoring, management, analysis and visualization of all pipeline system data.
This article is devoted to the development of a monitoring system of Lake Baikal. The developed system should provide ongoing monitoring of hydrophysical parameters of water in different areas of the lake, which will allow identifying signs of environmental pollution of Lake Baikal timely. A distinctive feature of the created system is high productivity at low economic costs per accounting point. The appropriate selection of the component base and software optimization of algorithms will allow achieving the maximum range of data transmission at a distance of up to 100 km in an open area. The interim results of the monitoring system development are presented, the tasks for the current year are defined.
In this article, the solution of the tasks of monitoring the Baikal natural water area is supplemented by the introduction of a new method of measuring the water level. This method is aimed at solving current problems and tasks that arose earlier in the development of a digital monitoring system.[1-2] The transition to a new measurement method will improve the accuracy of measurements, calculate both the average level of the entire Lake Baikal and the local level in certain regions of the lake. The possibility of radio-channel data transmission makes it possible to capture data in remote areas of Lake Baikal. Our own innovative method of measuring the water level is characterized by a simple setup and calibration of the sensitive elements of the device, which allows you to set the required number of monitoring points throughout Lake Baikal. The introduction of a new measurement method will create a budget monitoring system that is not inferior to foreign analogues.
The article contains a brief description of the operation principles information and measuring system (IMS) called “Kumir-Resource”. It is compatible with different manufactures’ equipment, so it can create a network using equipment that is already in place, which is versatile. It can also network with the existing SCADA systems to provide them with necessary information.
