The purposed of this study was to identify the effects of a patient safety prevention program to subjects preparing for the nursing assistant exam. This is a similar experimental study with a one group pretest-posttest design to determine the effect by measuring the differences in learning motivation regulation, educational achievements, and educational satisfaction before and after the program. The study subjects were 47 people who agreed to participate in the study. The program was conducted for 120 minutes once a week, for 7 weeks. The main contents are the concept of patient safety prevention, medical quality, patient safety law, types and prevention of medical accidents, practice of patient safety management (infection, communication, patient identification, medicine management, food poisoning, falls), facility and fire management. This study was conducted from March to June 2022, Data were analyzed using SPSS/WIN 22.0 version. After the patient safety prevention program, learning motivation regulation and education achievements were significantly improved. Educational satisfaction averaged 4.5 out of 5. It is intended to be used as an essential program for patient safety prevention activities. Nursing assistants a preparatory student for a qualification examination will be able to improve their ability to perform patient safety through the patient safety prevention program.
A cost-effective route to synthesize β-SiAlONs from Si mixture by reaction bonding followed by post-sintering was investigated. Three different z values, 0.45, 0.92 and 1.87 in Si6-zAlzOzN8-z, without excess liquid phase were selected to elucidate the mechanism of both SiAlON formation and densification. For the RBSN(reaction-bonded silicon nitride) specimens, nitridation rate of more than 90% was achieved by multistep heating up to 1400oC in flowing 5%H2-95%N2 and residual Si was not detected by XRD analysis. Increase in density was observed with z values for the post-sintered specimens and this tendency was well explained by the presence of higher amount of transient liquid phase with larger z values. Measured z values of the synthesized -SiAlONs were nearly similar to calculated values using starting compositions. The slight deviation in the two z values was successfully explained by the reasonable assessment of nitriding and post-sintering process.
scite is a Brooklyn-based organization that helps researchers better discover and understand research articles through Smart Citations–citations that display the context of the citation and describe whether the article provides supporting or contrasting evidence. scite is used by students and researchers from around the world and is funded in part by the National Science Foundation and the National Institute on Drug Abuse of the National Institutes of Health.
