According to current European strategy and effort, an integration of renewable energy sources (RES) applying of new technologies should have of crucial importance, especially with contribution to the energy efficiency optimizing in buildings. Concurrently, energy performance and energy consumption of the all housing stock is one of the key indicators that represent the adequate utility value of those efforts. The paper focuses on the proposal concept integration of renewable energy for residential house in relation to assessment of the building thermal and energy performance. The proposed concept applying of wind turbines is presented for residential building in terms of standardized target periods. Finally, payback period calculation demonstrates a certain potential of applying small wind turbine as a renewable energy source in residential building of recently given target periods of current technical regulation.
The Construction industry plays a key role for governments in both growing and mature economies. The sector creates new jobs, drives economic growth, and provides solutions to address social, climate and energy challenges. The construction industry has important linkages with other sectors, so that its impact on GDP and economic development goes well beyond the direct contribution of construction activities. Most factors, which influence and drive change in the sector, will affect the sector in the years to come. Most of the driving forces mentioned are external factors, which are changing the framework conditions. The main aim of this article is to point out the impact of important factors on the development of the construction sector in EU.
Electrical energy and demand is constantly increasing disproportionately. Therefore, taken at Community level long-term programs such as the Europe 2020 strategy, which is primarily focused on the energy sector. Its priorities include reducing greenhouse gas emissions, increase energy efficiency through the development and introduction of innovative technologies and increasing the share of renewable energy sources (RES) at Community level. The issue of implementation of energy from renewable sources in addition to the existing EU environmental strategies key area where attention is focused policy. Therefore, we can expect a significant inflow of funds into the development of these strategic concepts. Improving the energy efficiency is one of the key strategic approaches, contributing to the achievement of greenhouse gas emissions in Community.
V dobe, keď environmentálne problémy exponenciálne zvyšujú obavy po celom svete a vyzývajú k hľadaniu udržateľných riešení, je viac ako potrebné orientovať sa na nové možnosti využitia obnoviteľných zdrojov energie aj v sektore stavebníctva. Obnoviteľné zdroje energie prispievajú k posilneniu a diverzifikácii štruktúry jednotlivých odvetví hospodárstva, podporujú inovácie a rozvoj informačných technológií, otvárajú priestor pre nové smerovania a sú jedným z pilierov budovania znalostnej ekonomiky.
Cieľom článku je prezentácia návrhu metodiky na zabezpečenie osvetlenia zariadenia staveniska z obnoviteľných zdrojov energie v období prípravy a realizácie stavebných objektov.
