Banjarmasin has been declared as one of 10 (ten) Indonesia's heritage cities pilot project. Compared to other cities, the 102 rivers that flow along Banjarmasin form a unique character of the city. Since long time ago, the expansion of power, religion, culture, and trading related to these rivers. Therefore, the settlements and its activities are always close to the rivers, so that many heritage sites are on the banks of the river. Heritage sites, traditional buildings, culinary and community activities on the river banks can be considered as potencies of the heritage tourist attraction. At the moment, the area is accessible by public transportation mode. However, to create the atmosphere of the river city and to prevent the extinction of river transportation as well as to create the visitor interaction with the river community, Banjarmasin needs a stronger connection between heritage sites and the character of the river city. This research focused on exploring the potencies of heritage tourism in Banjarmasin both tangible and intangible, in the riverside. To explore the history and culture of Banjarmasin use field observation and literature study. The results show that Banjarmasin has a variety of tangible and intangible's heritage potentials that can be developed into river heritage tourism
Bidang konstruksi merupakan salah satu yang terdampak dari adanya Revolusi Industri 4.0. Melalui beragam regulasi, bidang konstruksi mencoba merespon dampak tersebut. Salah satunya melalui metode Building Information Modelling (BIM). Secara regulasi, penerapan metode BIM masih dilaksanakan secara terbatas, namun seiring waktu pada akhirnya seluruh kegiatan konstruksi mengadopsi metode tersebut. Dalam upaya menjawab tantangan masa depan, pekerjaan perencanaan bangunan gedung Unit Pengadaan Barang dan Jasa Konstruksi (UPBJK) Pemerintah Kabupaten Tapin beradaptasi dengan metode BIM dalam tahapan desainnya. Penerapan metode BIM pada pekerjaan ini menggunakan Graphisoft Archicad 24. Penerapannya merupakan penerapan sederhana dalam tingkatan BIM 3D. Adaptasi metode BIM dalam pekerjaan ini berfokus pada percepatan penyediaan dokumen gambar teknis yang terintegrasi antara visualisasi 3 dimensi dan 2 dimensi, serta identifikasi volume pekerjaan. Melalui penerapan metode BIM dalam kegiatan, proses penyelesaian proyek menjadi lebih mudah melalui koordinasi serta berkas tunggal terintegrasiKata kunci: BIM,Visualisasi 3D,perencanaan gedung, gambar teknis.
