Purpose: The effective organization of work with personnel causes steady functioning of the company and its successful development. Need of improvement of personnel policy of manufacturing enterprise demands the universal and effective system of motivation and stimulation of employees. Therefore development of a universal control system of the motivation and work incentives of personnel applicable in activity of manufacturing enterprises, on the example of LLC HAPK GreenAgro became a research objective. Methods: The system analysis of essence of motivation and stimulation of work and also the methods of induction and deduction allowing to define private and general interrelations among separate elements of the developed system of motivation and work incentives. Results: On the basis of the analysis of activity of manufacturing enterprise and also the conducted research of personnel potential and a motivational profile of personnel the universal system of cyclically interconnected control elements by motivation and work incentives of employees of different categories -administrative and production personnel is offered. Scientific novelty: In article for the first time on the basis of the conducted research and the analysis of activity of the enterprise the control system of motivation and work incentives of personnel concerning separate categories of workers is developed and also authors offered a formula of calculation of a single extra charge of production workers at mentoring implementation. Practical importance: Offers and results of article can be used in practical activities of manufacturing enterprises and also are recommended for introduction in activity of LLC HAPK GreenAgro that is confirmed by the adoption deed.Keywords: motivation and stimulation of work, system of motivation and stimulation of work, management of motivation and stimulation of work, manufacturing enterprise, administrative and managerial personnel, production workers.
