The problem of social orphanhood is one of the most important fmong the social problems of modern Russia, it is acute for a society. In the study of the problems of social orphanage, we used the author's methods of ranking the regions of Russia according to the dynamics of indicators, an integrated index of "favorable" changes, as well as rating data and indicators of the development of regions of Russia implemented by subjects of social policy and the system of protecting children's rights. Based on the results of the study, the main problems in the social protection of families and citizens in difficult situations are identified. The problems lie in the areas of financial security of social programs, legislative regulation, information support. The results of the study can be used in the activities of social support services. The preventive of social orphanage should be measures of an active social policy.
The article presents the results of a study based on the data of an all-Russian sociological survey of the population. 2444 people over 60 years old were interviewed throughout Russia. Based on the obtained data, an assessment was made of the relationship between physical activity and self-assessment of the level of health, the duration of the illness per year, and the conduct of a healthy lifestyle. It was revealed that at a statistically significant level, elderly people who go in for sports assess themselves as healthier than those who do not play sports and lead a less active lifestyle, it was revealed that healthier and less often sick elderly people are more active in sports.
The article reveals the theoretical aspect of the formation of prerequisites for improving the quality of education, approaches, methods, and criteria for assessing the quality of educational services. In preparing the article were used Russian and foreign scientific publications, international ratings of educational organizations. The analysis of the assessment of the quality of educational services in foreign countries allowed systematically considering the process of reforming the educational sphere, considering the needs of society and the requirements of state standards, identify urgent methodological problems and formulate proposals that determine the practical significance of the study. The article highlights the patterns of the potential development of students, touches on the issues of assessing the quality of educational services through state accreditation, audit, statistical reporting, and standardization of the quality of educational services. The article reveals methods to evaluate the quality of educational services used in Russia and abroad.
The modern concept of a consumer society is characterized by many factors that determine the ratio of the consumer and the service provider. Educational services are consumed personally by the learner, society, and the state. Accordingly, the quality rating should be consolidated from all customer ratings at first glance. But this approach has many pitfalls. So, the relevance of this topic is due to the constantly changing conditions of consumption of educational services. The object of the research is the assessment of the quality of educational services. The method of posing problems is utilized to meet the aim of the study. Based on the results, it can be concluded that in spite of similar forms of assessing the quality of education, in different countries, the assessed criteria are different, which allows us to conclude about the importance and divergences of formulating requests for the needs of society.
