Abstract. The article highlights features of processes of urban territory renovation from the perspective of a commercial entity participating in the implementation of a project. The requirements of high-rise construction projects to the entities, that carry out them, are considered. The advantages of large enterprises as participants in renovation projects are systematized, contributing to their most efficient implementation. The factors, which influence the success of the renovation projects, are presented. A method for selecting projects for implementation based on criteria grouped by qualitative characteristics and contributing to the most complete and comprehensive evaluation of the project is suggested. Patterns to prioritize and harmonize renovation projects in terms of multi-project activity of the enterprise are considered.
The aim of this paper is to develop a methodological approach that allows an organization to use the concept of open innovation in its activity. As a result of the study, an algorithm for developing and implementing an open innovation model was formed, principles and quality indicators of companies’ openness to innovation were structured, a mechanism for assessing and increasing the level of openness of a company to innovation was developed, and an approach to determine the correlation between coefficients of openness to innovation and economic indicators of company performance was proposed.
The paper presents the problematic area of the formation of the parties of innovation activities in holdings and its methodological justification. The objective preconditions for differentiating intersubject interactions as a part of innovation activity with the participation of holdings are considered. Features of the formation of innovation strategies and goal-setting mechanisms are structured; their features in large enterprises are emphasized. The importance of determining the optimal parties of the innovation network as a factor of increasing the efficiency of implementation of innovation activity is substantiated. The external and internal environments of the holding are considered as sources of attracting participants of innovation activity. Features of the procedure for selecting the structure of innovation activity, complicated by the conditions of multi- project environment, are presented. Positive effects from the introduction of the scientific approach to the determination of the parties of innovation activity were revealed.
Abstract. The article considers the features of innovative activity from the standpoint of ensuring sustainable development of the construction industry, presents the features of construction that determine the objective need for innovation and the reasons for the industry's inertia towards innovations that hamper the process of transition to an innovative development path. The role of large enterprises as participants in the implementation of investment projects contributing to their most effective implementation is considered. The features of the management structure of innovation activity are justified. The factors determining the innovative management structure in holdings, considered possible variants of administrative interaction depending on the process involved in the control subjects and their functions.
