In the article the method for assessing the economic sustainability of a high-tech corporation has been developed. It is based on using dynamic systems to assess the effect of uncertainties on the sustainable development of a corporation during the implementation of unique projects. The integrated indicator of the economic sustainability of the high-tech corporation is based on the system of economic indicators related to the operation of the high-tech corporation and the information about the uncertainties of the external and internal economic environment. The suggested method includes a system of indicators that assess the corporation sustainability at a certain moment, and the tools that make it possible to use this system of indicators during the whole period of the corporation’s operation, taking into account the effect of multidirectional uncertainties that differ by the effect degree, in order to determine scenarios for the development of the corporation depending on the degree of effect caused by uncertainty factors on its functioning, and to assess the efficiency of the assumed management decisions on resisting these factors.
