Purpose: Analysis of the current transport system in the intermodal hub and development of a proposal for the redistribution of passenger traffic in the intermodal hub of Kupchino with an increase in the capacity of the node in the conditions of passenger traffic increase that occurred because of the following: larger frequency in time schedule of passenger suburb trains in Vitebsk direction and population increase on the adjacent territory. Analysis of metro capacity and identification of “bottlenecks” of passenger traffic of station platform. Methods: Modeling in Anylogic, statistical research. Results: Imitative model of Kupchino intermodal hub using urban ground transport. Proposal has been developed to redistribute passenger traffic within Kupchino transport intermodal hub by building a concourse over the railways and the underground station adjacent to shopping and entertainment complexes with expansion of the list of services for passengers. Analysis and discovery of bottleneck number in the intermodal hub and method for their elimination is made. Scheme for the intermodal hub development, taking into account of intra-city railway communication, is proposed. Practical significance: The development of Kupchino intermodal hub in the context of passenger traffic increase, raise of underground entrance capacity, creation of new jobs. Formation of accessible and comfortable transport infrastructure for to serve passengers of all population groups, including those with limited mobility.
Purpose: To consider the current situation in container transportation market of Leningrad Region. To show the need in the design of new forecasting models. To justify the use of neural fuzzy networks. To consider existing limitations of their application. To suggest the ways to build predictive neural fuzzy models for evaluating promising quantitative indicators of logistics activities. Methods: ANFIS, R-ANFIS, Fuzzy-Partitions, SCRG, GD, LSE, PSO, ABC, FA. Results: The necessity of adaptation of neural fuzzy networks for making forecasts in the field of logistics is pointed on, the structure of a promising model is proposed which takes into account the use and analysis of variety of methods on structural and parametric identification. The shortcomings of particular methods of structural and parametric identification, which affect the accuracy of being obtained forecasts, are indicated. Practical importance: The importance of design of accurate predictive models for key quantitative indicators of logistics activities is shown. The factors influencing the implementation of transport and logistics activities are given which of, reliable forecast is impossible in the situation of limited time and resources. For consideration, the article proposes the existing methods of parametric and structural identification of fuzzy neural networks. An algorithm for adapting existing methods to the use in a transport and logistics process is proposed.
Purpose: To develop a proposal to increase the attractiveness of railway transport by launching an intra-city route in municipalities where the construction of metro stations is not expected in the next decade. Analysis of the settlement of agglomeration and zones of gravity to agglomeration “core”. Analysis of the existing railway transport infrastructure. Analysis of suburban traffic in the Vitebsk direction. Identification of the problems of uneven development of transport infrastructure in the St. Petersburg agglomeration and adjacent territories, the problem of congestion of urban infrastructure in the conditions of rapid development of residential building of territories and the lag in infrastructure development. Analysis of possible passenger traffic on the route of intra-city railway connection Kupchino-Rzhevka-Devyatkino. Methods: Statistical research, analysis and synthesis, the method of polygon approach. Results: The project passenger turnover in the direction of Kupchino — Rzhevka — Devyatkino was determined. The route of a new urban communication with high capacity in areas with a poorly developed transport system and promising areas for housing construction is proposed, the route also connects southern, eastern and northern areas of the agglomeration. Practical importance: The development of intra-city communication routes with small traffic intervals, providing an attractiveness of more ecological transport compared to automobile one, with such traffic that’s independent of situation on street road network.
scite is a Brooklyn-based organization that helps researchers better discover and understand research articles through Smart Citations–citations that display the context of the citation and describe whether the article provides supporting or contrasting evidence. scite is used by students and researchers from around the world and is funded in part by the National Science Foundation and the National Institute on Drug Abuse of the National Institutes of Health.
