5 (2011). Mots clés Fistule aortodigestive · Aorte · Duodénum · AngioscannerAbstract An aortoenteric fistula is a potentially fatal cause of gastrointestinal bleeding occurring mostly after vascular surgery. Primary aortoenteric fistula is much rarer, arising spontaneously as a result of an abdominal aortic aneurysm and its rupture into the intestinal tract, most often revealed by a gastrointestinal bleeding, which poses the problem of its etiology. Its diagnosis can be made with an aortic CT angiography, and it can be treated surgically. To cite this journal: J. Afr. Hépatol. Gastroentérol. 5 (2011).
scite is a Brooklyn-based organization that helps researchers better discover and understand research articles through Smart Citations–citations that display the context of the citation and describe whether the article provides supporting or contrasting evidence. scite is used by students and researchers from around the world and is funded in part by the National Science Foundation and the National Institute on Drug Abuse of the National Institutes of Health.
