Ce travail concerne l'étude du ralentissement et du straggling de particules α de 6,620 MeV dans les gaz rares, néon, argon, krypton. La comparaison des résultats expérimentaux avec les valeurs théoriques calculées respectivement d'après les théories de Bethe et Symon montre que dans le domaine des faibles pertes d'énergie, les valeurs expérimentales du straggling sont en accord avec la théorie de Symon
