Brand is one of the most important parts of a product. A brand can be an added value for a product, whether it is a product in the form of goods or services. This added value is very beneficial for business actors. Therefore, business actors try to continue to introduce their brands from time to time, especially consumers who are their target market. Sri Lestari fried duck business actors are actually aware that in establishing a business it is mandatory to have a name, but they do not understand the importance of registering their business name/trademark. The problem faced in Sri Lestari's fried duck business is the lack of understanding of the importance of registering a trademark for the sustainability of a more advanced business. And the process for registering the Bebek Goreng Sri Lestari trademark needs assistance so that the continuity of the registration process can still be monitored. The methods offered as an alternative solution to this problem are (1) Socialization of what a brand is and the importance of registering a trademark to increase business and be able to compete with other similar business actors, (2) Provide assistance in the trademark registration process. The results of this mentoring activity are the publication of supporting documents for trademark registration, namely NIB (Business Registration Number), Certificate of Development of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises from the Department of Cooperatives, Industry and Trade of Malang City and Certificate of Trademark Registration. ABSTRACTBrand is one of the most important parts of a product. This study aims to analyze the legal regulations regarding the adoption of children of Indonesian citizens by foreign nationals through a court decision process because in this case, the adoption is not a dispute which is then made into a decision, in accordance with the HIR stating that the decision was taken because of a lawsuit. This means that there must be a dispute between the disputing parties. Government Regulation 54 of 2007 concerning the Adoption of Children, contradicts article 184 HIR and needs to be reviewed because this regulation conflicts with the Criminal Procedure Code. Civil evidence is determined by very restrictive evidence, namely the judge in considering his decision is very fixated on the existing evidence. In this case, formal evidence is an authentic letter, namely a letter issued by an authorized agency made by an official who has been sworn in for an act. The purpose of this study is to provide suggestions for new legal concepts, to optimize the role of the Political Party Court, using normative juridical law research methods and approaches to laws, cases, and comparative law approaches. The mechanism for resolving internal disputes within political parties is regulated in Article 32 of Law of the Republic of Indonesia Number 2 of 2011 concerning Amendments to Law of the Republic of Indonesia Number 2 of 2008 about Political Parties (Political Parties Law), which states that it can be done through the Court of Political Parties. Furthermore, Article 33 of the UUPP can submit the settlement mechanism through a lawsuit to the District Court and the Supreme Court. The legal fact is that from several internal political party dispute cases, the settlement process is not only done through these two methods. However, someone suddenly created a rival Extraordinary Congress, seeking legal tendencies at the Ministry of Law and Human Rights of the Republic of Indonesia to file a lawsuit with the State Administrative Court. So it is necessary to have a new legal concept to optimize the role of the Political Party Court and a one-door mechanism for resolving internal disputes of political parties.How to cite item: Anggriawan, F. Adoption is a means of forming a happy family. Adoption also aims to provide fulfillment of children's rights. Adoption of children can be carried out by Indonesian citizens or foreign nationals. However, they both have different settings. This article aims to describe the mechanism and legal implications of adopting children by foreign nationals in Indonesia through court decisions. This article is derived from normative legal research with a statutory and conceptual approach. The results of this study indicate that the Indonesian government has enacted a number of rules regarding international adoption. Foreign nationals who wish to adopt a child must obtain a court decision. This aims to realize the protection of children from inhumane behavior due to cultural differences and to ensure the fulfillment of children's rights. The legal consequences of adopting a child by a foreign citizen are the obligation to fulfill the child's basic rights, inheritance relationships, and guardianship.Pengangkatan anak merupakan sarana membentuk keluarga yang bahagia. Pengangkatan anak juga bertujuan memberikan pemenuhan terhadap hak-hak anak. Pengangkatan anak dapat dilakukan oleh warga negara Indonesia maupun warga negara asing. Namun, keduanya memiliki pengaturan yang berbeda. Artikel ini bertujuan mendeskripsikan mekanisme dan implikasi hukum pengangkatan anak oleh warga negara asing di Indonesia melalui putusan pengadilan. Artikel ini berasal dari penelitian hukum normative dengan pendekatan peraturan perundang-undangan dan pendekatan konsep. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa pemerintah Indonesia telah memberlakukan sejumlah aturan tentang adopsi internasional. Warga negara asing yang hendak melakukan pengangkatan anak wajib memperoleh putusan pengadilan. Hal ini bertujuan untuk mewujudkan perlindungan terhadap anak dari perilaku tidak manusiawi akibat perbedaan budaya dan menjamin terpenuhinya hakhak anak. Akibat hukum dari pengangkatan anak oleh warga negara asing yaitu kewajiban memenuhi hak dasar anak, hubungan waris, hingga perwalian. Kata Kunci: pegangkatan anak; pengadilan; warga negara asing.
