Quality and time are two important things that are interrelated in a construction project. In the development of an elite area, namely Green Junction Citraland Surabaya, quality and time are priorities in its implementation. The right time and the right quality of work are the determining factors for the success of the project. However, there is always a risk of construction that can result in delays and low quality, therefore, identification of factors causing the delay and low quality is carried out with quantitative analysis methods. This study discusses the main factors that have delays and the low quality of results. This research was conducted by distributing questionnaires with respondents who then conducted by descriptive test (Ranking) to get the main factors. From the results of the study stated by the main factors influencing the delay in the work such as, frequently changes in work, low productivity, qualifications of employees not in accordance with their fields, and low quality of materials. While the main factors that affect the low quality of work such as communication and coordination between divisions, reducing the workforce trained, the use of equipment is less efficient, changes in work during implementation, understanding faster construction methods and work accidents.
Keberhasilan pelaksanaan proyek konstruksi di tentukan oleh tenaga kerja, karena berdampak pada kemajuan dan produktifitas pekerjaan di lapangan. Peningkatkan produktivitas dengan fabrikasi lebih baik daripada sistem konstruksi konvensional. Penentuan produktifitas dalam pekerjaan fabrikasi baja perencanaan jadwal sebuah proyek sehingga perlu dianalisa produktivitas pekerjanya. Pada penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisa produktivitas tenaga kerja dan mengidentifikasi faktor yang mempengaruhi produktivitas pekerja pada pekerjaan fabrikasi. Metode pengukuran produktivitas dilakukan dengan metode work study. Metode work study adalah metode pengukuran produktivitas pekerja dengan observasi langsung dilapangan. Dari hasil perhitungan diperoleh nilai produktivitas pekerja pada pekerjaan marking pelat: 563,25 kg/orang/hari, WF: 886,47 kg/orang/hari. Sedangkan pekerjaan pemotongan pelat: 891,85 kg/orang/hari, WF 259,53 kg/orang/hari. Untuk nilai produktivitas pada pekerjaan perakitan 282,43 kg/orang/hari. Dari hasil analisis produktivitas menunjukkan bahwa jumlah pekerja, relaxation allowances, material yang digunakan, dan penggunaan alat dalam pekerjaan adalah faktor faktor yang mempengaruhi produktivitas pekerja pada pekerjaan fabrikasi baja.

Soekarno (MERR) in trade and service activities, as well as housing activities (vertical housing) also has the potential to develop. In order to find out which buildings are profitable on the land area, this is done by using the Highest and Best Use analysis. The analysis can take advantage of a vacant land or increase a property that is physically feasible, legally permitted, financially feasible, and has maximum productivity that comes from the highest increase in land value if a building is erected. Based on the results of data analysis on the legal, physical, financial, and maximum productivity aspects of the vacant land. So, it can be concluded that if a shop is built, the land value is Rp. 24,726,872 and land productivity of 126%, whereas if an office is built, the land value is Rp. 23,013,522 and land productivity of 117%. So that the shopping property is the best and highest alternative use that is suitable to be developed on the vacant land.
Home needs by humans for shelter, gathering, family activities as well as investment goods are very necessary. However, in the process of home ownership many criteria are determined, especially in terms of income. Even those who have fixed income such as Civil Servant are not necessarily easy to choose and own their own homes. Many factors must be considered such as internal and external factors in choosing a house that will affect home ownership. To find out what factors are affecting in the decision to choose home using statistical analysis with a case study at the civil servant in Departement of Health and the Tourism-Culture of Magelang District. Based on statistical analysis, the results of the variable validity and reliability test meet the requirements. Then through testing the normality of normal distribution data. Looking for equations with multiple linear regression then hypotesis in the t test shows that internal and external variables together influence the decision to choose a house. While the f test shows a significance of <0.05, this means that the internal and external variables together have a positive effect on the decision to choose a house. Whereas the factors that are affecting in choosing a house are functional and effective house plans.
Tol Serpong Balaraja adalah proyek infrastuktur yang diharapkan menjadi solusi pemecahan masalah kepadatan lalu lintas di Tangerang Selatan. Pada proyek Tol Serpong Balaraja terdapat pekerjaan dinding penahan tanah pada STA 2+200 – STA 2+400 untuk menahan timbunan yang menerima beban jalan on/off ramp. Tujuan dari studi ini adalah untuk mengetahui perbandingan antara perencanaan dinding penahan tanah menggunakan metode soldier piles dan reinforced earth wall dengan perkuatan geogrid. Permodelan stabilitas internal dinding penahan tanah pada setiap metode dilakukan menggunakan PLAXIS. Dan stabilitas eksternal dihitung berdasarkan tegangan tanah horizontal. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa dinding penahan tanah yang menggunakan soldier piles, menunjukkan stabilitas internal yang lebih besar daripada metode reinforced earth wall.
