Based on Article 74 Paragraph (1) of Law Number 40 of 2007, the companies running their business activities in the natural resources and related to natural resources must carry out social and environmental responsibilities. The problem discussed in this research is how the utilization of corporate social and ecological responsibility in improving community economy in Pekanbaru City is? The research method used in this research is socio-legal research. The results of this research is the implementation of CSR program for the community economy that by PT Chevron Pacific. Meanwhile, the other (CSR) program for the community economy performed by PT Asia Forestama Raya is the making traditional markets managed by the community. The conclusion is the government and the society can create CSR program as an alternative source to improve the economy of the community in Rumbai Pesisir Subdistrict of Pekanbaru City.
PT. PER as society wervice institution and PAD source in the economic crisis condition still exist and felt its role. The people economic improvement faces complex problem. The activities in the real sectors grow and will need huge capital. The role of PT. PER will be importanc in improving the society economic. The society economic development and improvent faces complex problem such as : the difficulty in accessing capital, the low of human resoureces quality, the limited technology mastering, the wenk management (financial and marketing), the low quality product and the weak institution and the institution arrangement in developing and empowering the people economic still non optimum. In the problems formulation, the writer discloseded qualitative and quatitative data. The results tried to describe the phenomenon about the PT. PER roles in improving the society economic at Riau Province. The results showed that during four years operation, ther is credit channeling improvement from year to year. PT. Permodalan Ekonomi Rakyat (PER) able to be “agent of development” in the economic recovery, able to distribute economic factors more evenly to people and has big multiplier effect. With PT. PER presence, the micro, small, middle business and cooperative and financial institution of Bank (BPR/S) and micro financial institution (UEK/D-SP), BMT) farmer group and other that formerly difficult to obtained business capital able to access PT. PER.The othe positive impact is PT. PER also contribute in illuminating the society attitude become bank minded.
The problem of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises in the agribusiness sector in Riau Province is business capital. This research aims to analyze the role of Islamic Rural Banks in the development and strengthening of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises in the agribusiness sector in Riau Province. The method used in this research is empirical research. The results of the research explain that the average Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises in the agribusiness sector in Riau Province have characteristics in the age group of 38 to 43 years with junior high school level education and 1 to 7 years of business experience. There are two Sharia Rural Banks in Riau Province, namely BPRS Berkah Dana Fadhlillah and BPRS Hasanah. Bank service variables and types of financing products have a significant effect on the development and strengthening of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises in the agribusiness sector in Riau Province. The strategy adopted by BPRS Berkah Dana Fadhlillah and BPRS Hasanah is a faster financing process so that they can compete with conventional banks as well as product innovation and affordable administrative costs.
Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh masih banyak ditemukan pelanggaran dan kecurangan-kecurangan seperti tidak standarnya timbangan yang digunakan, kemudian masih dicampurnya barang dagangan dengan kualitas baik dan juga buruk yakni dengan mencampur barang dagangan dengan barang dagangan yang cacat. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah menganalisis (1) karakteristik pedagang dan konsumen serta profil usaha pedagang di Pasar Cik Puan, (2) penerapan etika bisnis Islam di Pasar Cik Puan, (3) menganalisis tingkat loyalitas konsumen di Pasar Cik Puan, (4) pengaruh karakteristik personal konsumen dan penerapan etika bisnis Islam terhadap loyalitas konsumen di Pasar Cik Puan (5) menganalisis startegi peningkatan penerapan etika bisnis Islam Pasar Cik Puan. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan metode survey selama bulan Juni sampai dengan November 2021 berlokasi di Pasar Cik Puan Kota Pekanbaru Provinsi Riau. Data yang digunakan berupa karakteristik konsumen dan pedagang serta profil usaha, kemudian penerapan etika bisnis Islam, tingkat loyalitas konsumen. Guna mengetahui pengaruh karakteristik personal konsumen dan penerapan etika bisnis Islam terhadap tingkat loyalitas konsumen data dianalisis menggunakan Structrural Equation Modelling - Partial Least Square (SEM-PLS). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan (1) umur rata-rata pedagang 37,5 tahun, jenis kelamin laki-laki, pengalaman berdagang 9-12 tahun, jumlah tanggungan keluarga 3 orang, tingkat pendidikan 9-12 tahun dengan profil usaha jumlah tenaga kerja sebanyak 1 orang, luas kios 3 m2 dan 7,5 m2 dengan rata-rata memiliki izin usaha dan modal sendiri. Umur rata-rata konsumen 37,78 tahun, jenis kelamin perempuan, tingkat pendidikan 12 tahun, pengalaman belanja 8-15 tahun, jumlah tanggungan keluarga 2-4 orang dan pekerjaan ibu rumah tangga. (2) penerapan etika bisnis Islam sudah dalam kategori baik. (3) tingkat loyalitas konsumen juga dalam kategori baik. (4) variabel yang mempengaruhi loyalitas konsumen adalah adalah menutup aurat, bersih dan rapi, umur konsumen, pengalaman berbelanja, jumlah tanggungan keluarga dan rekomendasi pada pembeli lain atau calon pembeli sebesar 30% dengan uji kebaikan model dengan hasil baik. (5) Penerapan etika bisnis Islam sudah dalam kategori baik sehingga dibutuhkan upaya untuk mempertahankan dibandingkan dengan peningkatan.
The population in this study are all teachers SMK Farmasi Ikasari Senior High School Pekanbaru, amounting to 55 people. Sampling was performed using saturated sample. Data analysis is done by using validity, reliability, classical assumptions, multiple linear regression, F test and t-test. The tests are performed in order to determine the relationship between the independent variable with the dependent variable. Based on the result of the research, the leadership, motivation, and performance are influenced on teacher’s performance. It is proved by finding the score of R=0.769. It means that there was a correlation among leadership, motivation and discipline on teachers’ performance at SMK Farmasi Ikasari Senior High School Pekanbaru. Meanwhile the score of R was 56,7%. It means that there was a contribution of leadership, motivation, and discipline on teachers’ performance. Furthermore, it has positive contribution on teachers’ performance by finding F score is 24.800 and level significant is 0.000. Partially, there was a positive significant effect of leadership variable, motivation, and discipline on teachers; performance at SMK Farmasi Ikasari Senior High School pekanbaru. The details of the linear regression as follow: Y = 14.359 + 0,149X1 + 0,185X2 + 0,376X3 and sig. 0.048, 0.040, 0.000 are lower than Alpha 5%. The conclusion of the research was the hypothesis partially and altogether among leadership variable, motivation, and discipline on teachers’ performance was proved and accepted.
