This study aims to determine the effect of work motivation, work discipline, and physical work environment on employee spirit at work at the Pariaman City Fire Department. This research was conducted at the Pariaman City Fire Department. The population in this study was 72 people. This sampling method is the census method. The type of data used is primary data through questionnaires. The data analysis method used is multiple linear regression analysis. The results showed that work motivation, work discipline, and physical work environment had a positive effect on work spirit at work. The implication that can be made from the results of this research is to continue to transform in terms of maintaining employee spirit at work. The proportion of respondents who are dominated by men is one of the limitations of the generalization of the results of the study.

Pendahuluan: Upaya pelayanan kesehatan selain memberikan kesembuhan haruslah dapat memberikan kepuasan dalam melayani pasien. Standar pelayanan kefarmasian menjadi tolok ukur yang dipergunakan sebagai pedoman bagi tenaga kefarmasian dalam menyelenggarakan pelayanan kefarmasian. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kualitas pelayanan kefarmasian terhadap kepuasan pasien di Apotek SM Bekasi Timur ditinjau dari kelima dimensi kepuasan yaitu: kehandalan, ketanggapan, jaminan, empati dan bukti langsung pada pelayanan kefarmasian di Apotek SM. Metode: Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif observasional dengan pendekatan non-eksperimental dan menggunakan kuesioner sebagai instrumen penelitian.  Kepuasan pasien dapat diukur dengan metode servqual (service quality). Penelitian dilakukan pada 96 responden yang merupakan pasien Apotek SM Bekasi Timur. Metode pengambilan sampel  menggunakan metode Accidental Sampling. Analisis data statistik dengan Uji F untuk mengetahui besarnya pengaruh variabel bebas secara simultan terhadap variabel terikat.  Hasil: Hasil analisis menunjukkan dimensi kualitas pelayanan (kehandalan, daya tanggap, jaminan, empati, dan bukti langsung) berpengaruh terhadap kepuasan pasien di Apotek SM Bekasi Timur dengan Sig. 0,000 < 0,05 dan Fhitung = 68,764 > Ftabel = 0,432, dimana dimensi jaminan menjadi dimensi dengan persentase kepuasan yang tertinggi sebesar 81,17%. Kesimpulan: Berdasarkan kelima dimensi tersebut, dimensi jaminan (assurance) memiliki tingkat kepuasan tertinggi terhadap pelayanan kefarmasian di Apotek SM dengan persentase kepuasan 81,17 atau kategori sangat puas.

This study aimed at finding out the role and effectiveness of portfolio assessment in improving students' English speaking skill. This exploratory research employed a mixed-method approach, and 175 students from 8 faculties in UNNES participated in this study. The researchers acquired the data through observation, lecturer/journal notes, and learning achievement tests. During the four separate phases, there were increase in students' speaking, i.e. the 1 st and 2 nd daily score, the mid-term and final semester score. Improvements were also made on the five aspects of English speaking performance: fluency, pronounciation & accent, vocabulary, grammar, and detailed information. In summary, portfolio assessment improved students' speaking learning process and highly effective for students' English speaking skill improvement as they can see the scores by themselves hence they can measure their own progress. Portfolio assessment also potentially improves lecturers' ability in assessing students' speaking performance and increase student's participation and attention towards the learning process.
