Car Free Day (CFD) programs are widely adopted in Indonesia with the concept of a free day driving with the aim of reducing motor vehicle pollution. CFD is increasingly in demand by the public because it raises various activities. The purpose of this research is to explore the factors that drive society to come to Car Free Day in Indonesia. This research is a type of qualitative research and explorative. Data was collected for 3 months by observing, interviewing, and distributing questionnaires to 400 respondents. The data was then analyzed using exploratory factor analysis (EFA) with the help of SPSS analysis tools. From 10 factors that produced by interviews with a number of key persons, the results showed that the factors were reduced to five namely culinary factor, refreshing factor, expression factor, family tourism factor and business factor. Judging from the Eigen-value, culinary factor is the most dominant factor in encouraging Indonesian people to come to Car Free Day. The results of this study indicate that car free day in Indonesia, provides more benefits in the form of community happiness, but it does not significantly impact to the improvement of environment as its original purpose.
The importance of business incubators to support the growth of start-ups cannot be overemphasized especially in developing country such as Indonesia. This study aims to determine the most appropriate model that competent to provide an accurate depiction of the role of a business incubator on cultivating innovation of startups during the incubation process. It is conducted by using a case of Bandung Techno Park (BTP) as one of the first business incubators in Indonesia that positioned itself as an incubator for technology-based start-ups. The data were collected by ensuring the credibility, transferability, dependability, and conformability by adopting triangulation as the primary method. Informants were recruited from different stakeholder groups and provided with the opportunity to verify the result of the interviews. The findings show that there are none of the existing models that are able to provide a complete yet accurate depiction of BTP functioning. Almost all of the models suffer from lack of means to accommodate the learning process that must be undergone by start-ups during the incubation process. In order to respond to this gap, this study offered minimum requirements that must be satisfied by any incubator models.

PT Sarana Jabar Ventura viewed from its objective, may be classified as Social Entrepreneur that describes all the economic program that serves the social and mission or mission environment and invested most of the anniversary surplusnya in support of its mission, provide social innovation how to solve social problems by creating breakthrough social problem solving with the advent of Prodombas. So, produce an effect known as social impact as the effects of what organizations are doing or action against social welfare organization. One of the tools for measuring the social impact is by using Social Return on Investment (SROI) the New Economics Foundation (NEF, 2008). This research has the end result of the ratio between the number of comparisons with a benefit that is formed with a given amount of investment, with the result that means 1.05:1 each Rp. 1 invested, yielding the value of social benefits in the form of Rp. 1.05 felt by program participants in Pesantren Al-ittifaq. Because the ratio of 1:1 which is the conditions exceeds successful SROI, then PT Sarana Jabar Ventura as an investor has successfully acted as agents of social reformers because it has given the social impact that bring benefit for participants in Pesantren Al-Ittifaq.
