<p>Sistem rekomendasi dapat dimanfaatkan sebagai alat bantu untuk pengambilan keputusan. Pada sebuah perusahaan, sistem rekomendasi profesi bisa digunakan untuk menempatkan seorang karyawan pada posisi yang tepat. Pada penelitian ini diusulkan sistem rekomendasi profesi berdasarkan <em>Big Five Personality traits</em> yang meliputi <em>Extraversion, Aggreableness, Conscentiousness, Neuroticm, </em>dan <em>Opennes</em>. <em>Input</em> yang digunakan ialah parameter dimensi <em>Big Five Personality</em> yang dirumuskan oleh John. Metode yang digunakan adalah <em>Fuzzy</em> <em>Inference System</em> (FIS) <em>Tsukamoto</em>. Keakuratan sistem dihitung dengan membandingkan <em>output</em> sistem dengan dengan acuan <em>Top Ranked Personality - Based Work Styles for 22 Job Families</em> yang menghasilkan nilai akurasi sebesar 63%.</p><p><em><strong>Abstract</strong></em></p><p><em>Recommendation systems can be used as a tool for decision making. In a company, a professional recommendation system can be used to place an employee in the right position. In this study proposed system of professional recommendation based on Big Five Personality traits which includes Extraversion, Aggreableness, Conscentiousness, Neuroticm, and Opennes. The input used is the Big Five Personality dimension parameter formulated by John. The method used is Fuzzy Inference System (FIS) Tsukamoto. The accuracy of the system is calculated by comparing the output of the system with the reference Top Personality - Based Work Styles for 22 Job Families that produce an accuracy score of 63%.</em><em></em></p><p><em><strong><br /></strong></em></p>
In the industrial sector, in order to increase the company's competitive profit and ratio, must be able to suppress as much expenditure as possible. Product distribution is one of the logistics processes in the industry which consumes the most costs. Products must be distributed to customers in different locations and also with varying requests. The problem belongs to Capacitated Vehicle Routing Problem (CVRP) that is considered as one of the complex combinatorial optimization problems included in the NP-Hard Problem category, which is a problem that requires difficult computation and a lot of time along with the increasing size of the problem data. So, in this study improvisation will be carried out in the form of modifying the simulated annealing method to solve the combinatorial problem so that the optimal distance in the case of distribution will be obtained. In addition, in this study a comparison will be made between basic simulated annealing and also improved simulated annealing. Based on the results of the research it is proven that Improved Simulated Annealing can provide a better solution.
Kebutuhan sekolah akan aplikasi untuk pemilihan siswa teladan menjadi hal yang patut dipertimbangkan. Untuk memenuhi kebutuhan tersebut maka dilakukan penelitian yang akan membangun suatu aplikasi, serta dapat memberikan output rekomendasi untuk pemilihan siswa/i teladan. Pemilihan tersebut membutuhkan beberapa kriteria diantaranya yaitu Nilai Pengetahuan, Absensi, Nilai Ketrampilan, dan Nilai Sikap. Metode yang digunakan dalam membangun sistem pendukung keputusan siswa teladan adalah metode Multi-Objective Optimization On The Basic Of Ratio Analysist (MOORA). Hasil akhir dari penelitian ini adalah aplikasi yang dapat membantu proses pemilihan siswa teladan karena aplikasi ini memberikan rekomendasi pemeringkatan siswa dari nilai-nilai altenatif terkecil hingga terkecil melalui metode MOORA.
