Remunerasi dosen erat kaitannya dengan Tri Dharma Perguruan Tinggi yang meliputi tiga kriteria yaitu Pengajaran, Penelitian dan Pengabdian. Dari data tersebut akan dilakukan clustering untuk menganalisa kelompok dosen. Data yang digunakan adalah data dosen teknik telekomunikasi, dengan 7 atribut yaitu pengajaran, pelatihan dan buku ajar, penelitian, pengabdian, jabatan, kehadiran dan penunjang. Metode yang digunakan adalah Fuzzy c-means, berbeda dengan k-means dimana satu data hanya masuk pada satu cluster saja, pada Fuzzy c-means data akan masuk pada setiap cluster dengan derajat keanggotaan yang berbeda-beda berkisar diantara 0-1. Berdasarkan hasil pengujian, terdapat 3 cluster yang terbentuk dengan jumlah dosen yang masuk cluster 0 sebanyak 4 dosen, Cluster 1 sebanyak 10 dosen, dan cluster 2 sebanyak 14 dosen. Berdasarkan analisa data hasil pengujian, cluster 0 memiliki nilai yang lebih baik dari cluster lainnya karena memiliki titik pusat cluster tertinggi sehingga nilai kinerja dosen yang masuk dalam cluster 0 juga tinggi mendekati nilai titik pusat cluster.

In this research, a web-based monitoring system design will be made based on the level of soil acidity and soil moisture. The sensor for soil acidity uses a pH meter and for soil moisture uses a soil moisture sensor. Data will be stored in the database and displayed on the web. Soil acidity and soil moisture data will be sent via the internet to the database.
One way to meet the needs of fish seeds in the general public is to cultivate fish species. UPT BBI (Balai Benih Ikan) Tlogowaru, is one of the fish seed cultivation sites located on Tajinan Tlogowaru, Kedungkandang sub-district, Malang City. Fish seeds include koi fish seeds. The results of this study have an average pH value of 6.8 - 7.2 and a TDS of 257-282 ppm after water filtration with the turbine speed value being influenced by water flow and turbine rotation speed and the average power consumption generated for system performance of 8.265 w/h using a MiFi network with QoS parameters measured are delay and packet loss in the low category. Pada Penelitian ini dirancang alat untuk telemonitoring padatan terlarut pada filtrasi air limbah laundry yang digunakan sebagai media tanam hidroponik, sensor pH, dan sensor TDS untuk mengukur dan mendapatkan data padatan terlarut yang mempengaruhi proses pertumbuhan tanaman, kemudian data-data tersebut akan diproses oleh mikrokontroler Arduino Nano sehingga mendapatkan hasil akhir yang akan disimpan pada database dan dikirimkan secara wireless melalui Wemos D1 sehingga dapat ditampilkan dalam aplikasi android. Penelitian yang sudah dilakukan, didapatkan hasil nilai pengukuran padatan terlarut air limbah laundry sebelum difiltrasi untuk nilai Ph sebesar 6,63 dan kepekatan larutan sebesar 250 ppm. Setelah dilakukan filtrasi sebanyak dua kali didapatkan hasil padatan terlarut untuk Ph yaitu 6,32 dan TDS sebesar 1276 ppm. Berdasarkan penelitian ini hasil telemonitoring rata-rata padatan terlarut air filtrasi limbah laundry setelah digunakan sebagai media tanam hidroponik dengan nilai PH sebesar 6,86 dan TDS sebesar 681 ppm. Karena nilai padatan terlarut media tanam tidak sesuai dengan standar minimum pemanfaatan bidang pertanian hidroponik (PH=6,5;kepekatan larutan=850 ppm), sehingga dapat diambil kesimpulan bahwa penggunaan filtrasi air limbah laundry menyebabkan tanaman tumbuh lambat dan tidak normal (kerdil).

This study aims to understand the growth process of dormancy seed germination, To know the influence of magnetic fields on the growth of teak seed seeds, as a solution to the problem of seed dormancy in teak seed seeds. Therefore, the method used in this study is to provide exposure to teak seeds and make tools for monitoring teak growth in real time with the parameters of planting media moisture (to see the absorption of water) and high seeds (for the growth of teak seeds), so that used YL69 sensor for soil moisture and sharp infrared sensor gp2y0a02yk0f for high plants.
