Risks and their associated sources of risks in the supply chain of tempeh vary either due to improper raw material handling, inappropriate production processes or improper product handling by salespersons. This research aims to identify the risks that occur in the tempeh supply chain at XYZ Company, conduct analysis and evaluate risks and provide a proposed risk mitigation strategy. Primary data were obtained through direct observation in the field and in-depth interviews of the actors involved in the tempeh supply chain. Identification of risks that occurred in the tempeh supply chain was conducted using SCOR approach. Risks were identified based on supply chain activities that occurred in the Plan, Source, Make, Deliver, Return business processes. Risk analysis was carried out using Modified Failure Mode and Effect Analysis (FMEA) approach. The results showed that there are eleven risk events that must be taken into consideration for preventive program. The risk events are distributed in Plan business process (3), Source (1), Make (4), Deliver (2) and Return (1). The preventive program for avoiding the risk events occurring should give precedence on controlling Fluctuating demand (A1), Suddenorder (A4), Indiscipline of workers (A14) and Close down of consumer’s business (A18).
This study aims to analyze the factors that influence the intention to buy halal products in Indonesia. As a country with the largest Muslim population in the world, Indonesia is a significant market for halal products. Understanding the factors that drive consumer intentions to buy Halal products is very important for business people and policymakers to meet the increasing demand for Halal products in this country. This study uses a literature review method with a qualitative approach. The findings from this study will provide a comprehensive understanding of the factors that shape consumer attitudes and behavior towards halal products. The results of the study show that there are 4 factors that can be analyzed in the decision to purchase food products labeled halal, namely 1) the religious factor, this factor is the most important factor, but besides being halal the food is also tayyib, not redundant, and brings benefit. 2) psychological factors, namely Indonesian people feel worried about the non-halalness of a product even though it has a halal logo printed on it, so they pay attention to the ingredients contained in the packaging. 3) social factors, is driven by reference groups, family, and also the role of the clergy in the local area. 4) cultural factors, namely because Islam is synonymous with local culture, people sometimes join in buying a product, without paying attention to the halal label.
Objectives Gastroenteritis is a disease of digestive system commonly occur among the people. Some cases of gastroenteritis are caused by bacteria, so it is treated by using antibiotics. Inappropriate use of antibiotics can be associated to Drug-Related Problems (DRPs). This study aims to identify patterns of potential DRPs of antibiotic use and analyze the effect of potential DRPs of antibiotic use toward the patient’s therapeutic outcomes and length of stay. Methods This is a retrospective cross-sectional study carried out by using patient’s medical record. The study population was gastroenteritis patients at the inpatient ward of Universitas Gadjah Mada Hospital during January 2018–June 2019. Then, SPSS was employed to analyze the data and the effect of potential DRPs toward therapeutic outcomes was analyzed by utilizing the chi-square method. Results More than half of gastroenteritis patients in Universitas Gadjah Mada Hospital were identified to have potential DRPs of antibiotic use. The most identified of potential DRPs was problems related to drug selection. Based on the chi-square analysis, there was no relationship between potential DRPs of antibiotic use and the therapeutic outcome. In addition, there was also no relationship between potential DRPs of antibiotic use and patient’s length of stay. Conclusions The potential DRPs of antibiotics use do not have a significant effect on the therapeutic outcome and length of stay of the gastroenteritis patients in Universitas Gadjah Mada Hospital.

The object of research from this scientific journal is UKM XYZ which is engaged in food processing in accordance with Law Number 20 of 2008 concerning Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs). UKM XYZ is an UKM that has been established since 2004 and is located in Lembang, West Bandung Regency, West Java. The research was conducted to evaluate the salary system in UKM XYZ compensation to be more fair and effective for each employee using Job Value & Grading basis and salary mapping system with Adhered and Overlapping. The data used in this study are primary and secondary data obtained through online systems such as conducting interviews through Zoom Meetings, distributing questionnaires through Google Forms, analyzing salary attachments, and conducting various literature studies through several journals. In this study, the weighting criteria used were based on the Hay System criteria, namely Know-How, Problem Solving, and Accountability.
