This article reports on technological mastery assistance in three small metal forming industries in Indonesia. Problems in the blangking and piercing separately process caused increased production time which resulted in inefficiency cost. Therefore, the expert team aided in metal forming technology through participatory action research (PAR) methods and experimental methods through reverse engineering for several products. The PAR method involves optimal contribution and participation from the industry. Assistance in mastering technology in small metal-forming industries reduces the manufacturing process from seven to three stages, increasing efficiency. The press machine's tonnage capacity must balance with the force blanking/piercing requirement. The minimum press machine requirement is 6.7 tons, and based on the availability of existing press machines, the expert team recommends a 20-ton capacity press machine. Total efficiency can be further increased by implementing full progressive die technology by combining piercing, blanking, and bending processes.
Learning through songs can be related to kinesthetic and physical abilities because when someone listens to a song/music, the sensory nervous system works and transfers it to the motor nerves. This research is included in field research. The approach used is a descriptive qualitative approach, which is a research procedure that produces descriptive data in the form of written or spoken words from people and observable behavior, with data sources consisting of primary data and secondary data. Primary data is data obtained from interviews with the child and with the parents. For secondary data obtained by looking at the literature related to this journal. On average, children who have difficulty focusing, namely because the child lacks adequate rest, does not sleep enough, does not eat breakfast, does not understand the subject matter, has understood the lesson and does not feel challenged, lacks motivation from teachers and parents, is disturbed by the surrounding environment and does not match the given learning style. Playing sounds that can help children learn to make children learn as if they are playing.
Semakin banyak populasi, maka semakin banyak krisis yang terjadi. Seiring berjalannya waktu dan pertambahan jumlah manusia maka peningkatan kebutuhan semakin tinggi ditambah lagi semakin tipis kebutuhan bahan baku. Jika krisis energi tidak segera ditanggulangi maka akan berdampak besar di kemudian hari. Maka dari itu penanggulangan energi terbarukan yang efisien harus menggantikan peran energi fosil salah satunya diperlukan peranan solar cell. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif dan merupakan penelitian eksperimen. Ketika terdapat data dari penelitian sebelumnya yang relevan maka dapat dianalisis data dengan persamaan-persamaan terkait dan disesuaikan dengan spesifikasi dari produk yang telah ada. Kemudian, hasil penelitian sudah didapat analisis perhitungan data maka sesuaikan hasil penelitian dengan spesifikasi yang ada. Untuk aplikasi panel surya berdasarkan penelitian ini maka bisa digunakan jenis panel surya tipe polycrystalline sesuai dengan nilai tegangan, kuat arus dan daya pada penelitian.Kata kunci: Panel Surya, Energi, EfisienThe more population there is, the more the crisis. Therefore, efficient management of renewable energy must replace the role of fossil energy, one of which is the role of solar cells. This research is quantitative research and experimental research. When there is data from relevant previous studies, the data can be analyzed with related equations and adapted to the specifications of existing products. When the results of the research have been obtained, the analysis of data calculations is then adjusted to the results of the study with the existing specifications. This paper presented the test of cup drawing, and the tensile ability of tailor welded blanks (TWBs) used to join the resistance spot welding a variety of different parameters. This study used SPCC-SD (JIS 3141) material with a material thickness of 1.0 mm and 1.2 mm. This research is focused on obtaining the highest tensile-shear strength of resistance spot welding and how it affects the results of the drawing cup process. This study used an experimental research method using six samples of RSW parameters. RSW parameters used are welding current, welding time, and squeeze time. This research was achieved the highest tensile-shear strength value of 5.09 kN and the lowest 4.15 kN which was achieved in the 5th and 1st samples respectively. The results of the cup drawing test using RSW parameters in the 5th and 6th samples showed no TWB failure in the welded area. Further research will be carried out by performing Taguchi optimization using RSW and TWBs parameters in the cup drawing process.
The manufacturing sector is one of the major contributors to the Indonesian economy. Human work is still needed on the production floor in the manufacturing industry to ensure a smooth operation. This study explores the use of unregulated learning clustering techniques in data mining in the form of clusters of employees in the production industry. The data collection process is carried out through a survey conducted by the Central Statistical Agency (abbreviated as the BPS) with Url: https:/www.bps.go.id in Large Medium Industries and Micro & Small Industries. The statistics used include 24 industrial classifications, with the number of manufacturing employees in the 2017-2019 industry as a percentage. The unregulated technique of learning clustering is k-means. The Large Cluster (E1) and the Low Cluster are the two labels used (E2). The Davies Bouldin Index (DBI) parameter with a dbi value of 0,929 was used to evaluate the cluster (k=2). The findings showed five manufacturing sectors of the high cluster in 5 cluster and 19 manufacturing sectors of the small cluster in 0 cluster. For each cluster the centroid value is 1.67; 1.64; 1.592 (cluster 1/E1) and 0.348; 0.343; 0.3447 (cluster 0/E2), respectively. The research findings will inform the government to improve labour absorption, which will reduce the unemployment rate by substantial numbers in each manufacturing industry.
