Mathematical learning needs to be given to all students starting from elementary school, so that students practice how to think in drawing conclusions and be able to express their opinions with the beliefs and honesty that comes from someone. But when learning mathematics the problem that often arises is a lack of motivation. Baroody (1993) says that reasoning is an important tool in learning mathematics to produce ideas so students can understand mathematical concepts correctly. Efforts made by teachers to improve thinking skills and motivation in learning mathematics are through the Adobe Flash CS 5.0 game which is expected to provide new and enjoyable experiences for teachers and students. In addition to more varied learning, students can be motivated to learn and enjoy what they learn.

Sentiment analysis or opinion mining is an analysis that aims to see the sentiment of people or groups regarding certain entities. The sentiments expressed by society can be in positive, negative and neutral form. One media that can be given an opinion by the public is in the e-commerce application,  namely the shopee application, shopee has a comment or assessment feature on the product that has been purchased. Toko which was used as a sample of researchersis an amreta online shop store  , based on the results of the identification of the problem, it was found that the fact was that many comments did not match the stars given so it can be said that the rating cannot represent that the store's performance is good or not. Therefore, to increase the profit of shop work, the amreta still needs to evaluate the store. In conducting an evaluation, the store needs to classify positive, negative or neutral comments. Analysis of customer sentiment towards product assessments in amreta online shop stores using the naive bayes classification method. The use of test data in this study was obtained from the sentiment of amreta online shop consumers as much as 2014 data,then the data was processed through  the data cleaning process  resulting in net data of 1899 data. Furthermore, the data preprocessing process is divided into 3 stages, namely Tokenize Data, Transform case and Stopword removal. After that, the analysis of data for the automatic labeling stage using Text Vectorize from the process obtained data division into 3 data groups of 71% or 1343 positive data, 3% or 52 negative data and 26% or 504 neutral data.  furthermore, it is processed using rapidminer tools while for operators in the form of algorithms using the Sentiment Naïve Bayes Classification model  through automatic calculations.  The results of the study can be concluded that the test data obtained have an accuracy level of 97.16% using the Naive Bayes Classification model.

Globalization has placed Indonesia in a dilemma in creating the welfare of the people. Many legislations with liberal character are disallowed through the constitutional review by the constitutional court. The liberal character then becomes constraints for government to realize social welfare, thus harming the economic interest of people and contrary to the constitution (UUD 1945). Efforts to create welfare cannot be separated from state sovereignty in determining the economics welfare policy in the form of law. The State needs to adopt policies of recalibrating sovereignty to realize its objectives. Sovereignty is the essential requirement to be able to build pengayoman law character, ideology by Pancasila ideology and UUDNRI 1945. The legal substance of pengayoman law (protection and succor) will realize a balance between global interests and the interests of the nation. Pengayoman Law integrates the efficiency and freedom with fairness and welfare excellence. Indonesia is a sovereign state. The word here is not only sovereign denotatively meaning that the state government does not have power under the jurisdiction of another country. State government meant for the welfare of the people. When it is associated with free competition among countries, it can be more about the role of the state in protecting its citizens in order to avoid what is, according to Hobbes as "homo homini lupus". This is the challenge of the welfare state, which the state must not fail to welfare. The existence of cases of state failure to provide protection for its citizens, especially in free trade has become a scourge for the people. People who are not able to compete in free trade, in the end just be a spectator and does not play a role in the AEC 2015. State efforts to protect the people by improving competitiveness, increasing export volume, prioritizing the use of domestic goods / services. In the area of regulation, needs to set rules on security measures and monitoring domestic products to circulate goods and services, as well as by applying Early Warning System against the possibility of import surges.  Keywords: sovereign, state welfare, competitiveness, AEC 2015 ABSTRAKIndonesia adalah negara yang berdaulat. Bila dikaitkan dengan persaingan dengan negara lain, maka dapat ditarik lagi tentang peran negara dalam melindungi warganya agar tidak terjadi apa yang menurut Hobbes sebagai “homo homini lupus”. Inilah tantangan negara kesejahteraan tersebut, dimana negara tidak boleh gagal. Adanya kasus-kasus tentang gagalnya negara dalam memberikan perlindungan bagi warganya, terutama dalam perdagangan bebas telah menjadi momok bagi rakyat. Rakyat yang tidak mampu bersaing dalam perdagangan bebas, pada akhirnya hanya menjadi penonton dan tidak memainkan peranan dalam MEA 2015.Upaya negara dalam melindungi rakyat antara lain dengan meningkatkan daya saing, meningkatkan volume ekspor, mengutamakan penggunaan barang/ jasa dalam negeri. Di bidang regulasi, perlu ditetapkan peraturan tentang tindakan pengamanan produk dalam negeri dan pengawasan terhadap barang beredar dan jasa, serta dengan menerapkan Early Warning System terhadap kemungkinan terjadinya lonjakan impor. Kata kunci: berdaulat, negara kesejahteraan, daya saing, MEA 2015

This study aims to use datasets on Twitter to find out public opinion on the spread of coronavirus in Indonesia by conducting sentiment analysis. The resulting sentiment analysis will benefit the community by helping the Indonesian government take various strategic measures to prevent and counter the spread of the COVID-19. This research was conducted through the data collection stage, namely crawling data tweet words in Bahasa Indonesia containing the meaning of the spread of COVID-19, the next stage of the process of creating labels manually. Next, the pre-process stage by removing the character, symbols and special features from Twitter. The last stage, classification using learning machine with 3(three) methods namely K-nearest neighbor (K-NN), Naïve Bayes and decision tree. The study analyzed sentiment of 1,119 valid Tweets data and found that K-NN algorithm had the highest accuracy value compared to Naïve Bayes and decision tree algorithms, which was 95.10%. However, the Twitter data analyzed obtained 78.19% of Tweets that fall into the negative category and only 13.85% of public opinion that is positive. This indicates that most of the Tweets of Indonesians in twitter do not mean the spread of COVID-19 disease somewhere.
