This study aims to determine the effect of service quality through a corporate image on customer loyalty at PT Perkebunan Nusantara V Pekanbaru. This study uses a quantitative method in the type of explanatory research and uses primary data. Data collection was carried out using a questionnaire consisting of 26 questions and a sample consisting of 50 respondents using the census method. Research data was collected using a questionnaire that was measured using a Likert scale and processed using SEM PLS 3.2.9 to process data and test hypotheses. The results showed that service quality significantly impacts corporate image and customer loyalty, both direct and indirect effects through the mediation of corporate image variables. In addition, the corporate image variable shows a significant direct impact on customer loyalty variables.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengukur kualitas pelayanan dan citra perusahaan sebagai variabel mediasi dalam meningkatkan loyalitas pelanggan pada PT. Perkebunan Nusantara V Pekanbaru. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kuantitatif. Data primer dikumpulkan melalui survei terhadap 50 responden dengan sampel sensus dan teknik statistik Partial Least Square (PLS) untuk mengolah data dan menguji hipotesis. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan adanya pengaruh signifikan kualitas pelayanan terhadap citra perusahaan dan loyalitas pelanggan, baik pengaruh langsung maupun tidak langsung melalui mediasi variabel citra perusahaan. Variabel citra perusahaan menunjukkan pengaruh langsung signifikan terhadap variabel loyalitas pelanggan
Money as a medium of exchange, has at least two forms, namely fiat money and dinar dirham. This paper discusses the use of fiat money and the use of gold and silver as a currency with its advantages and disadvantages. Furthermore, this article also compares the use of fiat money and dinar dirhams as currency. This paper answers the question of whether gold and silver are the only metals accepted as the currency in the economic system, while other currencies are not. The results of this study indicate that, although the hadith is more likely to state that gold and silver as money, it is not limited to gold and silver. By law, 'Illah of thamaniyyah' which is not restricted to gold and silver but money in general, is supported by Ibn Taymiyah's opinion. In addition to that, the principle of ibahah where in muamalah everything is allowed, as long as it is not prohibited by the texts (Al-Quran and Sunnah). Maqashid Al-Shariah allows other forms other than gold and silver to be used as currency, if the conditions are demanding so. Metals other than gold and silver are accepted, as long as it can facilitate sharia activities such as paying zakat and rejecting usury.
In predicting stock prices there are basic approaches namely fundamental analysis and technical analysis, this analysis determines the company’s financial performance using ratios. Some types of ratio analysis that can be used include Return On Assets (ROA), Debt to Equity Ratio (DER), Return On Equity (ROE), and Book Value per Share (BVS). This research uses explanatory research methodology. Sample of research used companies listed on the Indonesian Stock exchange particularly Pulp & Paper. Based on the result of Correlation and Regression obtained, it can be seen that all the variable ROA, ROE, DER, and BVS are affected the stock price but the significant is variable BVS
Quality is an important aspect in enhancing the competitiveness of the product. Quality's role is to give satisfaction to the customer and be able to compete with similar products. During of the production process there is a chance that the products are not produced in established standards. Products that not suitable with the specifications is a defect that would cause harm to the company. Trim Rear Quarter Right is a component of the APV Arena car which is each production of Trim Rear Quarter Right there are at least one or more defective products. This of course would lead to losses for the company. The method used in this case study is the six sigma method because this method has been proven effective. Defect in Trim Rear Quarter Right caused by five factors that is negligence of the operator in set up the machine, the age of the machine , the quality of the materials, the application of the method is not maximized and noisy environments. The set up process of injection molding machine is the most influential in causing the defect product with RPN (Risk Priority Number) value is 256.Keywords: Quality, Six Sigma,Trim Rear Quarter Right AbstrakKualitas merupakan aspek penting dalam meningkatkan daya saing produk. Perannya adalah memberikan kepuasan kepada pelanggan dan mampu bersaing dengan produk sejenis.Trim Rear Quarter Right merupakan komponen dari mobil APV Arena yangsetiap produksi Trim Rear Quarter Right ini setidaknya terdapat satu atau lebih produk cacat. Hal ini tentunya akan menyebabkan kerugian bagi perusahaan. Metode yang digunakan dalam studi kasus ini yaitu metode six sigma karena metode ini sudah terbukti efektif. acat pada produk Trim Rear Quarter Right disebabkan oleh lima faktor yaitu: kelalaian operator dalam set up mesin , umur mesin, kualitas material, penerapan metode yang belum maksimal dan lingkungan yang berisik. Proses set up molding injection machine adalah proses paling berpengaruh dalam menyebabkan defect produk dengan nilai RPN (Risk Priority Number) sebesar 256.Kata kunci: Kualitas,Six Sigma, Trim Rear Quarter Right
