The rise of LGBT case in Indonesia, attracted the attention of researchers to see how the view of psychology about LGBT. This study is a literature review research using relevant reference theories and publications in the field of Psychosexual, Islamic Psychology, and Biopsychology. According to the psychosexual perspective, humans are inherently bisexual. A person to be able to express himself as LGBT or heterosexual is when he is in phallic phase, where the point of pleasure is in the genitals. Based on the Islamic psychology, LGBT behavior is a type of ammara personality; dominated by lust 55%, assisted by 30% of mind power, and 15% of qalbu. While based on biopsychological point of view, LGBT behavior is not influenced by hormones but occurs due to changes in brain structure caused by experience and environment called plasticity, where the behavior of a person is able to change the shape of the human brain itself. From the results of the literature review above shows that LGBT is an abnormality of sexual orientation that is influenced by one's experience and environment. Penelitian ini merupakan jenis penelitian kajian pustaka dengan menggunakan referensi teori yang relevan, terutama dalam bidang teori psikoseksual, psikologi islam dan biopsikologi. Menurut perspektif psikoseksual, manusia secara inheren adalah biseksual. Seseorang hingga mampu menyatakan dirinya LGBT atau heteroseksual adalah ketika ia berada di fase falik, dimana pada fase ini titik kenikmatan terletak pada alat kelamin. Berdasarkan psikologi kepribadian islam, perilaku LGBT merupakan jenis kepribadian ammarah yang didominasi oleh hawa nafsu 55% dibantu oleh daya akal 30% dan daya qalbu 15%. Sedangkan berdasarkan sudut pandang biopsikologi, perilaku LGBT tidak dipengaruhi oleh hormon melainkan terjadi karena adanya perubahan struktur otak yang disebabkan oleh pengalaman dan lingkungan yang disebut dengan plastisitas dimana perilaku seseorang mampu mengubah bentuk otak manusia itu sendiri. Dari hasil kajian kepustakaan di atas menunjukkan bahwa LGBT adalah keabnormalan orientasi seksual yang dipengaruhi oleh pengalaman dan lingkungan seseorang.
The phenomenon of anxiety experienced by graduate students not only because of the complexity of scientific research process, but also because of worrying to supervisor who guide as well as the methods used by supervisor during thesis guidance. Therefore, the purpose of this study was to analyze students’ communication anxiety with the supervisor in the process of thesis guidance. This research was a study using a qualitative methodology. Data collection techniques used were in-depth interviews and observation. The respondents involved were 2 and recruited through snowball sampling technique. The results found that the respondents experienced anxiety when communicated with the supervisor during the thesis guidance. Anxiety is caused by lack of communication skills and experience, reinforcement, degree of evaluation, subordinate status, and degree of dissimilarity.
