This study aims to: a) provide a comprehensive understanding of the relationship between employee interactions and innovative behaviour, and b) build an integrative conceptual framework based on validated factors empirically and that relationship with relevant theories. An integrative literature review from empirical studies shows that employees perceive the combination of high demand and high resources to be ideal interaction. Innovative behaviour is a consequence of these complex interaction. Engaged employees tend to more innovative by coping strategy activities to face the challenge.
In achieving company goals, human resources play a very important role. The organization will thrive if supported by loyal and highly committed employees, which is shown by their attitudes and behavior in the workplace. The purpose of this research is to find out the extent of OCB UMKM of Kabupaten Banyumas The approach used in this study is quantitative met hod with a mean score to measure employee OCB on obedience, loyalty and participation. The results of the study concluded that the three indicators used in the assessment show good average score. Of the three indicator values the smallest is the value of the participation indicator with 3.39. The lack of OCB values from participation indicator shows the degree of OCB held by UMKM Kabupaten Banyumas so that the institution can design trainings or workshops that are in accordance with employee needs so that employees can exhibit work behavior that exceeds standards.
An asset management role is required to analyze and optimize revenue sources and efficient systems to reduce costs. Construction service companies that tend to have fewer fixed assets than their current assets have constraints in suppressing production prices and must be able to manage them efficiently to maintain their existence in the market. The data shows the growth in the number of construction service companies which continues to increase and the construction price index which continues to decline, requiring efficient asset management to reduce production costs. For this reason, this study aims to determine the effect of Account Receivable Turnover (ARTO) asset management instruments, Fixed Asset Turnover (FATO), Inventory Turnover (IT), and Total Asset Turnover (TATO) on Operating Profit Margin (OPM) in construction service companies in Indonesia. The research sample is 5 large-scale construction companies in Indonesia with vulnerable observation periods from 2017 to 2021. The method used in this research is panel data regression to examine the relationship between research variables. The results of this study indicate that Fixed Asset Turnover (FATO) and Total Assets Turnover (TATO) have an effect on the Operational Profit Margin (OPM) of construction service companies in Indonesia. Meanwhile, Account Receivable Turnover (ARTO) and Inventory Turnover (IT) have no effect on OPM in Indonesian construction service companies. The results of this study have implications for construction service companies that asset management is very important for the company's progress, especially in increasing profits. This research contributes to the ability of construction service companies to manage their assets effectively, because the construction service business actor is the party responsible for implementing infrastructure development in Indonesia.
Usaha rumahan merupakan usaha kecil yang perlu diperhatikan. Salah satu usaha rumahan yang layak diperhatikan adalah Fionna Cake yang menghasilkan kue basah. Kue basah memiliki masa kadaluwarsa yang sangat pendek, sehingga menyebabkan kerugian dengan banyaknya sisa kue jika tidak terjual. Salah satu cara untuk mengatasi kerugian lebih banyak, maka perlu dilakukan pengembangan usaha. Fionna Cake memiliki potensi dikembangan dengan menambahkan lini produk kue kering. Pengembangan usaha dengan menambahkan lini produk akan dapat meningkatkan penghasilan Fionna Cake. Usaha yang dilakukan oleh tim PKM Universitas Wijayakusuma Purwokerto adalah melakukan pendampingan penambahan lini produk. Metode yang digunakan oleh tim pengabdian adalah penyuluhan, dan pelatihan pembuatan kue kering yang menarik konsumen kepada mitra. Setelah mitra paham pentingnya menambah lini produk dilakuakn pendampingan pemasaran melalui instagram dan whatsapp. Hasil kegiatan pengabdian telah dilaksanakan sesuai dengan target dan rencana. Perluasan pemasaran dengan penambahan lini produk telah dapat berhasil meningkatkan pendapatan yang cukup baik.
Karyawan merupakan aset bagi perusahaan, karena keberhasilan perusahaan dapat diraih karena adanya karyawan yang kompeten dalam perusahaan tersebut. Dengan kualitas kinerja yang baik dari karyawan akan memberikan efek yang positif pada karyawan maupun perusahaan itu sendiri. Pelatihan menjadi salah satu alat yang efektif untuk meningkatkan kemampuan karyawan dan juga laba perusahaan. Tujuan pengabdian untuk menambah pengetahuan dan pemahaman pentingnya kualitas kinerja karyawan melalui program pelatihan dan pengembangan yang tepat serta memberikan masukan dan menggali potensi diri karyawan untuk lebih siap dalam dunia kerja yang sesungguhnya sehingga diharapkan setelah mengikuti penyuluhan dapat lebih meningkatkan kualitasnya dengan lebih baik sehingga menghasilkan Sumber Daya Manusia yang profesional di masa yang akan datang. Metode yang dilakukan adalah presentasi disertai tanya jawab, pendampingan dan pengarahan tentang pelatihan dan pengembangan karyawan. Hasil pengabdian menunjukkan pentingnya meningkatkan pelatihan dan pengembangan diri dalam bentuk apapun agar menjadi tenaga kerja yang terampil dan profesional di bidangnya. Pelatihan atau training ini akan bermanfaat sekali bagi perusahaan maupun karyawannya. Dengan mengikuti sebuah training karyawan akan semakin bertambah pengetahuan dan kemampuannya sehingga perusahaan mampu untuk berkembang dan bersaing dengan kompetitornya.
