Kegawatdaruratan obstetri merupakan penyebab utama kematian maternal dan perinatal. Kegawatdaruratan obstetri menurut Rochjati terbagi menjadi 3 kelompok faktor risiko, yaitu APGO (Ada Potensi Gawat Obstetri), AGO (Ada Gawat Obstetri), dan AGDO (Ada Gawat Darurat Obstetri). Berbagai penelitian menyatakan salah satu upaya penatalaksanaan yang efektif pada kegawatdaruratan obstetri dengan pelaksanaan rujukan. Rujukan yang tepat dan terencana dapat menyelamatkan ibu dan bayi baru lahir. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan faktor risiko kegawatdaruratan obstetri (APGO, AGO, dan AGDO) dengan pelaksanaan rujukan oleh bidan di RSUD Gambiran Kediri. Desain penelitian secara kuantitatif dengan pendekatan potong silang dilaksanakan pada Januari–Februari 2014 dengan jumlah sampel sebesar 150. Pengambilan sampel dilakukan dengan cara consecutive sampling. Pengumpulan data sekunder berdasarkan laporan ruang bersalin dan rekam medik rumah sakit periode Januari–Desember 2011. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan tidak terdapat perbedaan bermakna faktor risiko kegawatdaruratan obstetri pada variabel APGO dan AGO antara rujukan terencana dan rujukan terlambat (p>0,05), namun terdapat perbedaan bermakna pada variabel AGDO antara rujukan terencana dan rujukan terlambat. Meningkatnya faktor risiko kegawatdaruratan obstetri akan meningkatkan pelaksanaan rujukan terencana lebih dari 6 kali (OR=6,12). Simpulan penelitian ini adalah faktor risiko kegawatdaruratan obstetri pada AGDO berhubungan dengan pelaksanaan rujukan dan peningkatan faktor risiko kegawatdaruratan obstetri akan meningkatkan pelaksanaan rujukan oleh bidan
Brides-to-be are the right targets in an effort to improve the health of the period before pregnancy. Brides-to-be need to prepare reproductive health both in the bride and in the bride-to-be, so that after marriage can have a good health status in order to produce a quality generation. This service aims to increase knowledge, awareness, willingness and ability of the bride and groom to prevent the risk of pregnancy. The method used is to provide counseling to 10 respondents while keeping their distance. Counseling is delivered with the theme of preventing the risk of pregnancy in brides-to-be with health education through booklet media. The results of the counseling showed a significant increase in public understanding of the problem from 48.15% to 87.35%. Based on these results, it is hoped that the public can apply this knowledge correctly in order to realize the highest degree of public health
Cases of pregnant women who are HIV-AIDS positive have increased from 2017-2020. In 2017 there were 3,873 pregnant women with HIV positive. In 2018, there was an increase of 5,074 pregnant women who were HIV positive. An increase in cases also occurred in 2019 as many as 6,439 cases. In 2020 for the January-September period there were 5,828 cases of HIV positive pregnant women. Efforts toOne way to prevent mother-to-child transmission is with Prevention Mother To Child Transmission counseling (PMTCT). This study aims to determine the effect of health promotion through individual and group counseling on knowledge of pregnant women about PMTCT in Tamanan Village, Kediri City Tahun 2022. This research method uses pre-experiments through a two group pre-test-post-test approach with the number of samples is 32 pregnant women. The analysis used is the Wilcoxon test with research instruments in the form of a questionnaire that has been tested for validity. Results the research shows that there is an effect of health promotion through individual and group counseling on the knowledge of pregnant women about PMTCT with p value = 0.00. It is hoped that the results of this research can used as a reference for implementing the program counseling regarding PMTCT.
