Production management is the process of planning, organizing, directing, and controlling production activities which are an important part of a business unit. Production management can also optimize a business to find out how much profit or loss an organization or business will get. Lancar Jaya is a micro, small, and medium enterprises UMKM in the field of wood crafts which is located in Pucang Village, Magelang Regency. In running its business, MSMEs Lancar Jaya still has problems in terms of management in the production section which is still carried out manually. As a result, MSMEs have difficulty in recording the procurement of raw materials to the stock of finished goods which are custom orders. The Integrated Community Service Team, University of Muhammadiyah Magelang, carries out production management assistance and also makes production management applications. With the application that has been made, it can make it easier for MSMEs in production management and can also simplify the calculation of profits.   Keywords: Community Dedication, MSME, Production Manajemen, Woodcraft   Abstrak   Manajemen produksi adalah proses suatu perencanaan, pengorganisasian, pengarahan dan pengendalian kegiatan produksi yang menjadi bagian penting bagi suatu unit usaha. Manajemen produksi juga dapat mengoptimalkan sebuah usaha agar dapat mengetahui seberapa banyak keuntungan atau kerugian yang diperoleh suatu organisasi atau usaha. UMKM Lancar Jaya merupakan UMKM di bidang kerajinan kayu ynag berlokasi di Desa Pucang Kabupaten Magelang. Dalam menjalankan usahanya, UMKM Lancar Jaya masih mempunyai permasalahan dalam hal pengelolaan pada bagian produksi yang masih dilaksanakan secara manual. Akibatnya UMKM kesulitan dalam pencatatan pengadaan bahan baku hingga stok barang jadi yang merupakan pesanan pelanggan. Tim Pengabdian Pada Masyarakat Terpadu Universitas Muhammadiyah Magelang melaksanakan pendampingan manajemen produksi dan juga melakukan pembuatan aplikasi manajemen produksi. Dengan aplikasi yang telah dibuat maka dapat memudahkan pihak UMKM dalam manajemen produksinya dan juga dapat mempermudah dalam perhitungan keuntungan yang diperoleh.   Kata kunci: Pengabdian Masyarakat, UMKM, Manajemen Produksi, Kerajinan Kayu

Angka kecelakaan yang melibatkan anak sekolah masih cukup tinggi. Zona Selamat Sekolah merupakan fasilitas penyeberangan yang dapat membantu pelajar dalam menyeberang jalan dengan selamat. Pada penelitian ini akan mengevaluasi penerapan Zona Selamat Sekolah yang sudah terpasang di Jalan Ahmad Yani dan Jalan Tentara Pelajar Kota Magelang. Evaluasi dilakukan sesuai peraturan Dithubdat No. SK.3236/AJ.403/DRJD/2006. Penelitian ini mengumpulkan data berupa perilaku penyeberang, perilaku pengantar, kecepatan sesaat kendaraan, dan volume kendaraan. Data dianalisis menggunakan metode statistik uji Z, dan MKJI. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan fasilitas penyeberangan jalan pada daerah studi kasus masih memiliki kekurangan. Perhitungan perilaku anak sekolah saat menyeberang dan perilaku pengantar juga menunjukkan hasil yang belum selamat. Jalan Ahmad Yani memiliki kecepatan rata-rata kendaraan 34,28 km/jam dan volume rata-rata kendaraan 1963,019 smp/jam. Jalan Tentara Pelajar memiliki kecepatan rata-rata kendaraan 30,749 km/jam dan volume rata-rata kendaraan 1721,453 smp/jam. Kecepatan sesaat kendaraan yang melintasi daerah studi kasus masih melebihi batas maksimum, yaitu 25 km/jam. ZoSS di Kota Magelang secara keseluruhan masih belum efektif.

<p>Abstract. On Magelang-Kopeng road and Soekarno-Hatta road there has been long traffic jam. This is due to the density of vehicles resulting in accumulation of motor vehicles. In addition, the curves that are at the junction Canguk also too cornering and not meet the standards set by the government. Like a bend with fingers that are too sharp, incomplete slope and curves are in the hill area. The purpose of this study is to analyze the geometry of the bend so that road users can pass safely and comfortably. This research method is done several steps, namely: problem formulation, survey location, data collection, data processing so that obtained the relevant analysis. The results of this study resulted in the calculation that the bends at the Canguk junction Magelang City are planned technically using horizontal alignment with Spiral Circle Spiral type and the required curve bend of 1.91 metres and super elevation must be improved so that road users can pass safely and comfortably.</p><p><br />Keyword : geometric, bend, horizontal alignment, analysis</p>

Tourism is one of the sources of Original Regional Revenue that is quite promising, when it is managed professionally. With regard to funds, the presence of foreign investment is a very possible solution. From the collected data, in the Regency of Magelang, the presence of foreign investors in tourism is still very little, while such potential is wide open for development. For this reason, this research is entitled "The Policy of the Regional Government of Magelang Regency towards Foreign Investment in Tourism". This study aims to find out how the Regional Government Policy of Magelang Regency in regulating foreign investment in the tourism sector as well as knowing its implementation and also the driving factors and obstacles in the implementation of foreign investment cooperation in tourism.This study is a normative juridical study that uses primary data, secondary data and tertiary data. Data collection is done using library research techniques, observation, interviews and online data search.Based on the results of this study indicate that the Regional Government Policy of Magelang Regency to increase foreign investment, especially in the tourism sector, is still very lacking because there are few foreign investors who invest in Magelang Regency. Based on the driving factors and constraints that exist, the prospect of foreign investment manifested by Magelang Regency Tourism towards the labor sector is very promising because it can open opportunities for employment opportunities for the people of Magelang Regency, and improve the economy in Magelang Regency.
