The oharacteristics are investigated of a transient grating induced by laser in glasses doped with CdSSe semiconductor and thenonlinear response time of the material is obtained. Also the properties of photoluminescence of the glasses are studied and a blue shift in luminescence spectra with increasing intensity of the input beam is observed. It is assumed that the nonlinearity of the material is due t o band filling in semiconductor microcrystallites.
Es werden die Charakteristiken eines transienten Gitters untersucht, das durch einen Laser in mitHalbleiter-CdSSe dot,ierten Glasern induziert wurde, und es mird die nichtlineare Ansprecheeit des Materials erhalten. Auoh die Photolnmineszenzeigenschaften der Gliiser werden untersucht und es wird eine Blauverschiebung in den Lumineszenzspcktren mit wachsender Intensitat des einfallenden Strahls beobachtet. Es wird angenommen, daI3 die Nichtlinearitat des Materials durch Bandfiillong in den HalbleitermiJxrolistalliten verursacht wird.
